#it's funny how things work out#about 8 years ago I met a girl online#we became friends pretty soon#and started talking for hours on msn#then..#I met another group of girls#and me and the other girl#started talking less and less#then.. we stopped talking AT ALL#one day... a couple of years ago.. I got an e-mail from her#she asked how I was doing and we started talking again#it felt like no time had passed#we became facebook friends#and we stopped talking again#when my dad passed away#she asked for my numer and called me#(we never talked on the phone before... but we had chat on camera)#she just listened to me#and then we stopped talking again#about 7 months ago#I got that app thing... whatsapp#and she sent me a message#and we got to talk again#nowadays.. she's the person I talk to the most#there's not a day I don't message her or she messages me#it doesn't matter what#a silly picture#a joke#little voice messages#whenever she's at work and bored

i think it’s wild how youtubers are coming out in support of pewdie and people are all “GASP i never knew how bad they were!! im unsubscribing now!!!!!” like so many of these lets players started as shit, were always shit, and are just showing more of their asses now..
like they’ve been making racist jokes forever and.. while im not saying DONT drop them, im wondering how u didnt already for some of these people?

Today I verbalized what I figured out about my current depressive episode
I am framing everything by shame. And thinking in black and white, I think "I have done a shameful thing that everyone knows about therefore I am not allowed to be happy/have nice things". Ugh ._. while this is depressing, it is a huge revelation. I can bring it back to individual therapy and try to unpack it. But idk. I am literally avoiding my life cause of shame. And it's rather exhausting.
