Sasara: Hey now!!

Rosho: I used flounder in the curry, but if you can’t tell that at a glance, that’s gotta mean your joke’s fallen flat, right?

Rosho: The bag wasn’t even boiled yet… I guess I’ll stick it in the microwave.

Sasara: Wait a sec!

Rosho: What are you making that serious face for?

Sasara: If it’s cream… How does “Cream Of The Crop Curry” sound??

Rei: Ohhh, we are aiming for something eye-catching but… Wait, actually, this might work.

Rosho: It’s more of a stew though…

Sasara: Let’s have a taste test first!

A new day at the Cave! Visiting team the Sydney Bears sit at the very top of the league standings, 35 points to the Brave’s 12. So far, the Bears have dropped 2 games out of 14 played. Aleksi Toivonen draws back in as the Brave starting goalie, and Captain Kai Miettinen is out serving the remainder of his 2 game suspension.

The AIHL website says he was in violation of rule 46.5 - Dangerous Punching. Unsure of what went down in game, as I wasn’t able to watch, but I’m VERY disappointed that he did that; and that it has left the Brave without a key player in one of their toughest matchups to date.

Ratcliffe and Cangelosi have made for a great one-two punch, recording an assist and goal respectively.

Aleksi looks dialled in after missing time at worlds and through illness. Alexandre Tetreault has given the Brave every opportunity to win during his time filling as starter, and warms the bench as Toivonen backup today. I think Toivonen will always hold a special place in my heart for being the first Brave player I ever met when I randomly decided to go skate in the middle of the day all those months ago <3

keeping soup/stew bases on hand is truly the most useful thing for cooking. like, if you have a thing of miso paste and/or a thing of gochujang and/or a can of tomatoes and/or a box of curry roux suddenly your cooking repertoire suddenly expands exponentially. not only can u make soup but u can also suddenly make super easy flavorful marinades. a bunch of sauces. add a little zing to ur carb of choice. instantly make any meal less sad. transform one meal into three so u dont get bored. the possibilities are endless.
