Hi, lovely friends! I wanted to let y’all know that I will probably have a delay in the moodboards due to an extremely hectic schedule for the next couple of weeks. I plan to make boards as I can, but please bear with me as I try to balance my actual responsibilities in life :D

I promise that I will get to requests and the normally scheduled moodboards ASAP! Thanks for your patience and all your support :)

Can't believe it's been 10 years since HTTYD2 came out, feels like it was just months ago I was watching it in the cinemas over and over and over again. But it was 10 years, damn hahah. What a beautiful film it was though.

fucked things up with a person i was starting to like and have been sad about it all week :(

#eh.txt #got triggered really badly a few weeks ago due to a family thing #and basically told them hey i like u but i am too emotionally damaged and don't want to catch feelings fr #and they were kind and understanding #and then i regretted it the next day and was like hey jk sorry for being crazy #and they said they've been busy but intended to reply #and then five days passed so i was like don't worry about it sorry for putting u in a weird position #lololololol #it's no biggie i just feel things so intensely and the moving process has been so stressful #cried all throughout yesterday #i hate how intense my emotions get and also how i just replay situations over and over again in my head #and my stupid brain is like ''maybe they will message u back actually''#when it's like girl we crashed three whole planes into the building it's over 😭😭#next psych app i'm gonna ask if we can up my meds bc clearly i am still a nut job :')❤#wish i had the kind of personality that was loveable but alas lolololol

You really dont realise how much you spend on your addiction until you quit drinking and suddenly hundreds start going into your savings

#so uuuh #we officially have our wheelchair savings now? like we can afford our wheelchair?#we were almost there anyways but then we quit and VERY quickly the goal was reached and surpassed #we're funnelling it into vet savings now because next year we will officially have an elder cat #and then the year after it'll be two elder cats (and the second will eventually develop asthma)#so yeah. the cats are gonna start getting expensive and worrying #the oldest threw up blood a few weeks ago her stomach is crazy sensitive #if anything was to go wrong for her it would be that #anyways WHEELCHAIR SOON #still waiting on a few things - trying to get a diagnosis that might convince insurance to chip in #but once thats either confirmed or denied WHEELCHAIR

quick life update teehee

#so my job is going well! im still learning things but ive gotten into my groove w it #ive definitely experienced a lot of shit dfkhgkgkj..... snake ultrasound last friday btw. that was crazy #its a very emotionally taxxing job and i def know i cant do vetmed full time as a career but i dont want to rule out other fields with anim #ls bc i do genuinely like it! just the medical field is very difficult at times fdkjhgkjdf #ive been dreamingggg of working at a cat sanctuary or cat cafe #secondly! ive applied to 1 university so far! ive got like 5/6 more i need to apply to soon as well.. i plan on going next spring!#my 21st is in a few weeks and i want to hopefully go to epcot and do that drinking around the countries thing if we can afford it #also my laptop has been being a major bitch so i havent been able to get far w ts4 even if i wanted to.. but im gonna try today #lastlyyyy ive been crying abt sad boy and lola and baby bird all weekend #personal

ordered steam deck and bought baldies gate :3

#mine #i know i said i was going to order it tomorrow but i lied i realized today is better because itll ship tomorrow either way #and im busy tomorrow so easier to sit down and do it today #ordered a few accessories too nothing crazy #protective case with a little kickstand (some reviews said it was flimsy some said it was strong so ill use it until it breaks #and then ill do something else idk we'll cross that bridge when we get to it) and an anti glare screen protector thingy and a microsd card #originally i wasnt gonna get the last one but then i was like well...it's not expensive...it doubles my storage...#and i also realized i definitely want to do some emulating so i figured i can put emu stuff and indie games on the sd card #which is what most people say you should do #and then all my higher resource games (bg3 for sure and then other ones as well) will go on the internal ssd #WHEEE IM EXCITED #steam said 3-5 biz days for delivery so i assume itll come end of this week or early next week #accessories should get here between the 5th and the 7th so not too much of a delay

so i think i've found a partial workaround to my as of late issue of always having a meltdown after going to the grocery store! it's not 100% perfect, but the chain i like does free pickup orders! can't be as choosy as i like to be, and chances of getting a dented can (that's therefore inedible) are high, but for a simple straightforward shop? it saved me so many spoons!!!

#i drove to work today thinking i had electrolysis after work but that's next week #and i knew i should be smart and try to take care of at least one (1) errand with that unexpected free time #and there's a location for the grocery chain i like by my work- but that location is huge and crazy busy so i never shop there #BUT! they do the free pickup! so i put in my order online a few hours ahead #then just went and parked in their lot and the nice guy with snakebites brought me my groceries and then i went home!!!#and thEN i manaGED TO MAKE A DINNER THAT WASN'T JUST SAD MICROWAVED LEFTOVERS #i had the spoons!!! to make a salad and some little sandwiches!!!#and dinner was so good #i'll still need to do in-person grocery trips from time to time but i think this is gonna be my go to for now #it helped so much #and adds onto a thought i had this morning: living in a city is so important for me #being able to access a wide variety of foods that meet my dietary restrictions and also have accessibility features like grocery pickup #narrating my life

why does scheduling my work days give me so much stress and anxiety

#i was supposed to do my first day at the high school today but i had literally so much anxiety i could not fall asleep last night no matter #what. i had so much dread. i took so much melatonin lol.#i could shut my brain off till i went into the application and deleted my schedule for the day #ive just been feeling so fatigued and exhausted since i got covid it's crazy. sometimes i'll have bursts of energy where im productive #but yesterday i was just so tired from loading the washing machine. just. fucking sorting clothes and putting them in #that i had to lie down on the floor for a few minutes in the middle of it #not my finest moment #tales from diana #i didn't have anything scheduled for tomorrow and i thought 'maybe if i feel better tonight ill call in'#but i dont feel. super better tonight. and the only thing that i could do tomorrow at my preferred school is kindergarten subbing #for like the main classroom teacher. which i havent done before so i figured 'yeah im not gonna get my anxiety up 2 days in a row'#i deserve to sleep tonight after all and i think if i committed to that i wouldnt be able to #but i am going into my elementary school on wed-thur-friday of this week. wednesday is only a half day but they'll probably find smth for me #to do in the afternoon. they usually do. and im fine w that.#idk im just much more comfortable in my elementary school. i guess bc ive worked there before and i went to school there #as a wittle student waaaay back in the day. like i know the building and it doesn't scare me and i know a good amount of kids there #and the staff don't intimidate me. so yeah.#i did schedule my first job at the high school FOR REAL THIS TIME and it's next friday. hopefully ill be doing better by then.#im working the thursday before it at the elementary so i'll be in the rhythm of that. idk how to explain it but it's harder to go back #to work when ive taken a day off. like that's also why im not going in tomorrow.#friday (4/07) was the first day i worked since i got covid and that was fine but also. i was so anxious just to go in.#and so so so so tired when i got home. and all weekend.#yeah i wasn't ready to start working at the high school today. that was nonsense.#hopefully all will go well on wednesday thursday and friday of this week. im trying to restore my energy and fix my sleep. thatll do wonders #i hope. i hope i hope i hope
