Coming up with original content is definitely not easy. Although looking up to others for inspiration is great, there are times when I find myself crossing the line of being inspired and just straight up copying what others are doing, which causes terrible imposter syndrome. ⁣ Recently I’ve been trying to fight this and have taken to following content creators who address how to stay authentic, original and creative in producing content. ⁣ The idea that one should hop on a trend not just because it’s popular, but also because you can bring you’re own twist and touch of personality to it really spoke to me. www.travelserandib.com 🇱🇰🇱🇰 ~ Nil Diya Pokuna ~ loosely translates to “Blue water pond” an underwater pond found deep within a cave or a tunnel complex in Ella which is believed to have been built by king Ravana. The cave definitely has a feel of being built as opposed to naturally occurring and hosts a vast cavern with a ceiling as high as a 100 feet! Though the main reason people visit is the crystal clear blue pond at the end of this hike, the journey to it is just as interesting! Definitely one of my most favorite camping experiences so far! It was so cold at night and I definitely need more cold weather appropriate clothes to get me through the night more comfortably, but it was such a new experience. One of the most beautiful landscapes I have ever seen! ... Not only is it beautiful but there is also so much to do, so many hiking trails, view points and you can even hike to Bakers fall! ... it was really difficult for me to adjust to the cold but towards the end of the trip I really began enjoying it.
