Happy Birthday Poly Styrene!! Such a bright flame! I took these photos at CBGB’s March 1978 at I believe was X-Ray Spex only US shows. Took a 3 day Greyhound bus from LA to NYC to see this show since they were not coming to the West coast and I couldn’t miss seeing them since I was obsessed with there music and just had to see them live. Love how Poly came on stage with a lunch box and her rolled up ankle socks so check out that photo. Got right up against the stage and loved every minute .
