I went for a job trial tonight and I was in so much discomfort. In March these work pants had fit me. Now- I have to suck in to do them up and once I release that suck, they dig in, they dig in bad. It’s uncomfortable. I had to wear them regardless because I had no other “work” pants and it was far too late to run to the shop and grab a pair. • • I can definitely say I put on those quarantine kilos 😩🤷🏼‍♀️ • • I’m going to be honest. All I want is to be able to say that I love my body no matter what but it’s hard. It’s hard when I know my weight is causing me health issues. I’m not going to sugarcoat how I feel. I’m fat and unhealthy. • • I don’t do social media to fit in, this is my place to show others that they are not alone and to express myself freely. • It is okay to want to be body positive but not like where your body is at at the moment. It is okay to want to love yourself but want to improve your health.
