guys real talk how do u actually break up with ur phone
#have been thinkign abt this a lot#i hate my relationship with my phone#mostly social media but also like. idk it makes me feel isolated in social settings cause i always wanna look at it#i was looking into that brick app/device but its fuckin $50 and also i wanna kill tech bros with hammer#i wld go full flip phone but i truly cant get anywhere without gps and i also need access to my work scheduling app#if anyone has practical advice lmk#maybe just not taking it with me all the time idk#thinking abt getting an ipod for the gym and for walking around so i can still have music
