i think i am physically incapable of making a serious dnd character. like i come up with a concept that is actually pretty horrifying and absolutely should have serious ramifications on the character that i am playing but then i rock up to the session and suddenly i have to be a comedian its a disease

#dnd #lee chat #ive made a creature that is basically somebodys reflection walking around not knowing that they have swapped places #and that the 'real' version of themselves has been removed to the mirror world that my pc came from #my pc is essentially doomed to walk around forever knowing that something is deeply wrong with them but not knowing what #objectively a fucked up concept right. well the first session i decided that it was going to mimic other peoples mannerisms and speech #but i. only remember the funny things the other pcs have said so at the moment my characters is a walking Best Of Highlights Reel #this applies to my dming btw. every npc has to have something pathetically funny about them or i will die #even if they are supposed to be the most serious person there #do my online players read these posts because in that case you know who im talking about <3 Leo <3 #ok long winded tags over el oh el!
