You had to get some air, you knew Kenny, and you knew that he was probably stressing over the fact that you didn't say anything about accepting his apology. You leaned against the wall near the truck entrance to the arena, the weather was actually perfect and you scrolled through your phone, contemplating taking a picture of yourself to send to Adam, telling him to come find you.

Before you could even lift your phone to attempt the selfie, you jumped hearing your name being called. There he was making a B-line towards you, "Kenny what do you want?" you sighed, he then was standing in front of you. "You and Hangman? Really?" he questions you and you scrunch your eyebrows and shift your body an inch away from him. "Seriously Kenny?" "Why him?" "Because we just.. no, you know I don't need to explain anything to you Kenny." you say, stopping yourself from justifying to him why you had feelings for someone new. "No.. you don't.. .but" he huffed, his eyes showed hurt, but how was that your fault? He moved on. "I'm going to stop you right there Kenny." you start, "Look, I accept your apology, if that's what driving you crazy right now.. but you can't be mad at me for moving on, even if it is with Adam." "I don't know if I'm ready for this." You grow even more annoyed, "Kenny, you can't-" you get cut off my him grabbing you towards him and crashing his lips into a bruising kiss. You hated yourself in that moment for fully giving into him. That pent up energy between the two of you just came lashing out in full force. When you finally got your head straight you pushed him back. "Fuck..sorry Y/N" Kenny said running his hand through this hair. You wiped your lips while your chest raised, your back still up against the outdoor wall. "We can't do this." you shake your head, "We broke up, we decided our time had run its course." "I know.." he shook his head, he then met your eyes. "I just...didn't think seeing you move on would be this hard...If I have to be around it too?" He groaned just thinking about seeing you and Adam the way the two of you used to be in a group setting. "What about your new girlfriend?!" you ask raising your voice. "You literally just cheated on her by kissing me." He felt like complete shit, and had no words to justify his actions except for the fact that he was being a jealous prick. You shook your head, "I just need some space from you Kenny..." you say then walk back inside.

You go back to your workspace area for a while to decompress and just put your mind 100% on work. You were happy when an hour later, Adam came into the room in full gear. "Hey you." you said smiling. "Hey." he said kissing your forehead before he sat down next to you. "You doing okay?" "Is it that obvious?" you asked with a slight laugh. "I know you better than you realize." he said, he ran his finger across your cheek then leaned into kiss you softly. Butterflies filled your stomach, you always got those with him. "Apparently you do." you say smiling after your lips separate. "So what's going on?" he follows up with. "Kenny...he came at me.. just all questioning..why I'm moving on, and he's not ready, and then...ugh" "What?! What'd he do?!" Adam grew anxious and concerned. "He fucking kissed me Adam." you said then put your face into your hands. Adam tugged at your arm so that you'd look up at him. "Y/N.." You slowly look up at him with worried eyes, "Let me deal with Kenny..." "I just told him I need space from him, he needs to just leave me alone." "Oh he will." Adam said, he kissed you again, this time more intensely. You sank into him, your hand running down his chest. "Shit baby." he said after kissing you, "Don't get me all excited before my match." you grinned at him. "I'll see you in a bit?" You smile and nod your head as he then gets up to leave the room. A part of you anxious about whats going to happen between him and Kenny...the other part of you just doesn't even want to think about it.

The on-screen friction between Adam and the rest of the elite was really showing tonight when it was time for Adam's match. The look in Kenny's eyes was different too, it made you nervous because you knew after this match, something was going to go down and it did.

The second Kenny and Adam came through the back, you could hear shouting. "WHAT THE FUCK MAN!?" Adam shouted. Kenny stood back, "Don't stand there and act like nothing happened man!" Adam shouted. "Dude, not right here." Kenny said trying to remain calm, he had more of an image and responsibility being an EVP, he also didn't want any staff knowing of his personal business. You  stood in the door frame of the room you were working with, when Kenny and Adam passed, the glare to stared at Kenny, quickly went away when Adam stopped in his tracks to kiss you in front of everyone. Then follow Kenny so they could finish what he started.

Of course, Cody and Matt intervened. "You guys, let's just calm down." Matt said proactively. "No, Kenny thought it would be a great idea to go and try to kiss, Y/N. You just can't let me be happy, can you?!" Adam questioned him. "It's not like that man!!" Kenny said. "Then what is it?" "She's my ex, okay.. I slipped dude, it won't happen again." Adam just shook his head, the look of disappointment was one Kenny was not used to seeing. "I don't even know what to you say to you." Adam said, he grabbed his gear bag and left the room. Even at that point Cody and Matt couldn't believe that Kenny would overstep, despite being in a new relationship. "You guys.. you can't let Riho find out." he said helplessly. Matt shook his head with disappointment, as Cody followed suit leaving Kenny completely alone.
