It's a clear and beautiful day out today, albeit very cold. . . I warmed up this morning with a half hour yoga flow which recharged me and stretched me out for the week ahead. . . Having access to hundreds of yoga programs at the tip of my finger keeps me from getting bored and my body from getting in a rut.
