Hob is a fluffy brown bugbear with large fangs, yellow eyes, and tall pointed ears. He is dressed in his goblin uniform, a black coat with gold trim and epaulets, and a red sash decorated with various medals, complete with tall military hat. He is holding a halberd with a red handle and silver blade with gold inlay, and his other arm is tucked behind his back, holding onto the inside of the elbow of his opposite arm. His elbows come down to his thighs, and he has a short, deer-like tail.

Andhera is a young Unseelie faerie with dark plum-coloured skin, extremely long pointed ears, and ember-red irises on black sclerae. His hair is in messy curls flopping down to the side, and streaked with dark grey. He is wearing his usual gold and black robe, exposing his chest, which is shiny from the drizzle raining down from their cloud. He is wearing a gold circlet on his head and several matching earrings in their extremely long ears. They are touching the back of their neck with their left (viewer’s right) ungloved hand, and have their right hand half-raised in a timid wave. He is smiling sheepishly.

Chirp is a bird-like faerie styled after a Victoria crown pigeon, pale blue with muted purples and greens in her feathers. She has a beaky nose and her face is fluffy with feathers at the edges. She has a huge poff of feathers on top of her head, decorated with one tall peacock feather. She is back-to-back with Squak, and is posed with one leg kicked out, and her left arm (front) extended to show off her birds of paradise flower tattoo sleeve. Her other hand is holding her folding blade, arranged as a fan, and her hands are clothed in dusty pink gloves. She has a long, raven-feather cloak.

Squak is less bird-like in his face than Chirp, but has stalk legs with talons like the secretary bird he is styled off. He has medium-brown skin and hair that is in white cornrows at his crown changing to tight black afro curls at his neck. From the back of his neck, there are black flourishes also in the style of the secretary bird. He is wearing a green coat with gold detailing, including shiny feathers on the arms. He has a green waistcoat and white cravat, black short knickerbockers, and grey gloves. He also has two thin tail-feathers with black tips. He is standing upright, back-to-back with Chirp, and is holding his hands in a flourish.

Gwyn is a cartoonish- uncanny-looking petite faerie. She has light brown skin, bubblegum pink curly hair, huge purple eyes, a small purple flower mark on her cheek, and a big green thistle leaf sprouting from the crown of her head. She is poised delicately with a tight smile, and perpetually standing en pointe, or on her tip-toes. She is wearing a poofy, frilly periwinkle blue dress with dark blue ribbons and pale pink underskirting. Her ballet slippers are the same blue as the ribbons, decorated with the same daisies, and she is wearing white gloves and gold earrings.

Binx is a stout moth faerie with much more proportional features than Gwyn, but the same eyes. They have brown moth wings folded at their back, and fluffy feelers on top of her dead. She has dark purple, short-ish messy hair and is dressed in dark purple and bronze, with detailing like damselfly wings. Their ears are medium-sized and pointed. She is covered in pinkish blotches on her cheeks, shoulders, wrists, and bare feet, and her skin is otherwise light brown. Their eyebrows are styled in dots, and they are wearing purple lipstick and a paperclip as a hair clip. They have a ribbon as a belt holding a large needle like a sword, a spool of blue thread and buttoned bag. They are wearing the shell from Andhera on their wrist and are fiddling with a Rubiks cube.

Rue’s true form is a huge owlbear (bipedal, top half owl and bottom half bear) with a barn owl’s face and dark talons. They have yellow-green-tinted feathers that become dark khaki as they get longer, and dark brown furry legs. They have big, shiny black eyes, and pink speckles around them. They are wearing a big, bronze and gold gown with a slit in the skirt. It is decorated with metallic peonies and petals matching the living pink peonies on their shoulders and flower crown, and the pink buds in amongst their “wings” which cascade down more like decorative fringing than feathers. They hold out one talon (viewer’s left) in a flourish.

Their glamoured form is a tall, fat humanoid with mint-coloured skin, long elfin ears, yellow eyes, and a hooked nose. They have very long wavy sea-green hair decorated with pearls and neat stubble that glitters heavily, and are wearing a spiral shell as an earring. They are wearing a glittering pale blue form-fitting dress that flares out at the bottom into pale green ruffles, resembling sea-foam. The dress has full sleeves that become fingerless gloves. There is a slit in the skirt which their leg emerges from, showing off leg hair and a light blue sparkling heeled shoe. They have a pearl and teardrop necklace over a pale purple ribbon, and the skirt of the dress is also decorated with strings of pearls. They have their left hand (viewer’s right) on their hip while their right hand leans on a cane with a pearl handle.

Trolls 4 au idea

Edit: i just realised theres already a thistle (who apparently s real name is Dennis??) so i gotta rename my character 😭

So basically im writing a mock script for a trolls 4. I want to write one for trolls 3 but .... I WANT BROBBY CHILDREN, so here we are. Basically in my au, poppy and branch have a set of twins. A girl named Aster who is bright blue with pinkish purple undertones and a boy named Thistle. But, theyre shocked and suprized to find out thistle comes out of his bright purple egg, grey!

A time skip happens and a argument between him and his father causes branch to loose some of his colors.

The argument is set up like:

Branch finds his son in his pod sitting in darkness.

Branch- so ya like it dark, huh?

Thistle- yeah, so what of it.

Branch-Nothing i just was wondering if u wanted to-

Thistle- I dont.

Branch- look i just want you to be happy and find your true colors...

Thistle- sounds like you just want me to be like Aster!

Branch- Now hey now, i didnt say that! Ive been in your place before and i know how you feel, and i dont want someone i care and love to feel that way!

Thistle- You dont know what i feel! All you want me to be is the same happy annoying and insane troll... Just like everyone else!

Branch- Hey, No-

Thistle- I HATE YOU!

Thistle stops for a moment and looks at his father to see his skin darken, widening his eyes. He gets angry at himself and runs away.

Thistle runs to his friend Fern in hope of him knowing a way to get his true colors in hope itll reverse the color loss on branch. Fern tells thistle of a guardian troll of purity who live in a mountain who can give him his colors. Thistle tells his parents that hes going to travel and see aunt Barb, and they go on their adventure!

On the first day they run into a rock/classical troll who lives in the Forrest by herself because her parents are deceased and she had no idea there was other people (basically a tarzan situation but she knows how to talk and has basic understanding of most things) ... The situation is, Thistle and Fern stop to make camp, roasting marshmallows. And out of nowhere a arrow zings right in front of Thistle's face! Him and Fern crowd together to see a dark figure come out of a bush and she says "Who are you?" In a somewhat demanding tone. And they shiver in fear " We're just travelers!! Please dont hurt us!!". She sighs and and chuckles," Oh, i thought you were here to hurt ME!".... This all comes to a conversation that Fern leads and that she'll join them cuz she knows her way around the Forrest.

In the background through out the story, villain trolls are introduced into the story who gave Fern the map and everything about the purity troll who can grant only one trolls wish. And throughout the movie they follow the gang and get caught into their hijinks.

Having Button (the female troll) in the mix has gotten Thistle to come out of his shell and he slowly starts getting happier and sings throughout the movie.

When they finally reach the mountain they come to a cave with paintings and rural architecture. At the end of the cave is a clearing with a waterfall. The waterfall spreads to find a troll pure of white and glowing in a deep sleep in a coven.

The villain characters seep out of the darkness with evil laughter. " Nice job Fern you got us where we need to"

The rest of the gang gasps and gets tied up.

"Well take it from here". Turns out, the purity trolls was sleeping on a gem. And the gem was the wish granting miracle not the troll. They grab the gem and head to troll village where they plan using the gem to destroy it.

Thistle and button get into an argument over whether they should try to save the village. He believes its too late to save anyone. Button unties herself with and arrow tip that was seeping out of her back pack. And says," Well , i do!". She unties Thistle and makes her way out of the cave.

Thistle sits there and sings a song thinking about his family and Button which gives him the courage to start running also.

He makes it to the village before the fern and his crew. And runs straight to his mom and warns her of whats happening. Before he can explain she starts off saying how he looks so different and brighter and why hes back early. After he explains, she tells branch of whats happening and puts everyone in the bunker. The villains make it to the village and one says, " well isnt this a nice beaut, its about to get a whole lot MESSIER!".

Fern is shocked to hear their plans of wrecking the village, he just wanted to be the new ruler in a world where trolls respected him. They tie him up. And the villain crowd together to think of the exact words on how to word out the wish. The leader gets up and points the gem outward "alright get ready for my wish to destroy the village" and at this second and arrow hits the gem and falls down the hill they were standing on and lands into the village. She and the villains start running to gem. Alas, branch grabs it. Poppy stands beside him. "Not today!". The villains look at him and scoff. "You think we were the only ones?". They gasp and turn around to find villainous trolls surrounding them. They fidget before the leader says " dont even think about saying no" and two trolls come out holding button. Thistle, who had been sitting on the side lines murmurs to himself," no this cant happen! No, no,no..!!" And starts running and startles the villains grabbing the gem. Suprizing everyone. Branch says," Son.... Dont..!".

Thistle looks at him with scrunched eyebrows,"i have to." The leader says with a slight panicked voice,"i wouldnt do that boy...!"

Thistle whispers to the gem ," i wish for this gem to be destroyed" . the gem floats into the air, shining brighter than anything they've ever seen and deteriorates into glitter falling to the ground. The light from the gem had flushed through the crowd causing them to have a slight amnesia and questioning "hey,why are we here?".

The trolls in the bunker come out celebrating. Buttons runs to Thistle and hugs him and he hugs back. Poppy and branch run to him. Saying things things like ,"what were u thinking you couldve got hurt?!". Thistle looks into his fathers eyes and replies," Because, i love you.". His parents both look back at him shocked. And slowly but surely from top to bottom his true colors fill in. A bright purple pink. His parents exclaim in happiness and branchs colors get brighter as well. They get excited,hugging and laughing and crying. Thistle points out Button who had wondered a little father to give him space with his parents and brings her into the hug. In which poppy winces," ughhh whats that smell???" And button moves to the side chuckling nervously. "Uhhh... Shes been homeless for awhile give her a break." And chuckles.

The purity troll comes out flowing from the sky to everyone saying how she thanks Thistle for awakening her from her slumber by destroying the gem and continues ,"Ive been asleep for sometime, now lets paRTY!!".

Then theirs the end song where everyone sings. The purity comes up to Thistle and aster and gives them crowns of flowers and robes. Everyone cheers. And we fade to black with a circle transition popping up of fern tide up, " Uhhh hey guys anyone here??? Can someone please tell me whats going on??!!!" And the screen goes black showing the rest of the credits.

These are just the main points. Of course Aster is more involved in the story. I just didnt wanna type all that down cuz i have a big phone and small hands haha.

But as for my trolls 3 au ... Its basically the generic set up of branch trying to propose to poppy throughout the film...and id like to add a backstory of his parents and them not actually being dead and survived escaping the bergins.

22/08/21-White-letter Hairstreak and more at Farley Mount and Garden Carpet moth and more at home

After returning from Rutland yesterday night in amongst all the photo processing today I got out for a walk at Farley Mount coming to the Pitt Down area of it. It got fairly late posting all my blogs of the time at Rutland on Sunday night and I debated posting the post of Sunday late on or propertly into the the next day a Monday I have off work seeing the benefits of both. In the end I decided as my photos taken on Sunday sort of shared their upload day with the ones from Rutland as I didn’t take my laptop to process the images on a one night stop over I may as well have the bog of Sunday posted a bit after for it to also have an elongated posting frame. I am interested to experiment with posting things at different times of day for a variety of things including similar circumstances around trips away with ever increasing photo yields adding more considerations when I can’t upload on the night as I always aim to so thought I would try a late morning slot. The walk was very pleasant with many bursts of glorious sunshine.

In this meadowy habitat after two extremely bird dominated days at Rutland it soon became clear today was a butterfly dominated one with a host of Brimstones on one patch some of the most I have ever seen together before. There were a host of wildflowers on the whole walk today too which painted the meadow so beautifully. These included; rosebay willowherb, fennel, ragwort, agrimony, eyebright, thistle, knapweed, more marvellous marjoram, yarrow, buttercup, scabious, St. John’s-wort, wild basil, speedwell and both plantain and the lesser stitchwort in the first picture I took today in this photoset which I recognised a bit from greater stitchwort which I know well from spring now using the PlantNet app for ID which I first ever noticed today. It was great to see crickets and a marmalade hoverfly among bees fitting around on the grass and a few slightly autumnal trees with coloured leaves as the eighth picture in this photoset I took today shows. I also saw a lovely little straw dot moth a first for me. I took the fourth, fifth, seventh and ninth pictures in this photoset of lovely views here today.

The tone was set for another brilliant walk when in an extraordinary moment I got to see a butterfly my Mum had seen here recently on a walk when a splendid White-letter Hairstreak was sat perhaps uncharacteristically on the ground on some bright yellow ragwort. I was amazed to see this phenomenal sight. This is a butterfly I am so used to seeing flying high at the tops of trees since seeing our first in 2018 and despite my own sensational hairstreak adventures seeing them especially the Purple Hairstreaks right next to us at Lakeside I was a little envious but happy for them when my Mum and her husband had that experience. So I felt incredibly lucky to have this experience too and have extremely intimate moments getting stunning views of this excellent butterfly species. Other than the wonderful Green Hairstreak my favourite they do tend to be higher up so the big lens might be needed so to be taking pictures of one with my macro lens was very surreal and I was stunned to have this another big insect moment this weekend where I unusually got the honour of photographing it with my macro lens after Ruddy Darter at Rutland Water’s Lyndon on Friday. I got the second and third pictures in this photoset of this butterfly. I was pleased with them especially the latter and I have talked about getting one I felt was as strong as the big Green Hairstreak photo I took at Magdalen Hill early last spring one of my favourite ever butterfly pictures and this fellow hairstreak shot is a contender for that in my pack of 2021 butterfly pictures which I am so pleased with.

Once again this shows why this has been the summer and year of hairstreaks for me with perhaps the white-letter present but in the purple’s shadow this far. Potentially I’ll come out of 2021 with the Purple Hairstreak having that continual astonishing experience of these rare butterflies on my patch and it’s fair to say I did take one of my best ever photos of the species at Lakeside this year but the White-letter Hairstreak I got that moment for what I felt was a big photo for me.

The remainder of the walk exploded into a cracker for insects, as I got some very precious looks at bright orange Silver-washed Fritillaries after seeing them nearby at West Wood last month a key butterfly for me which I got extraordinary views of again. A hornet mimic hoverfly flying by us and onto vegetation ragwort once more delighted me I got the sixth picture in this photoset of it, my first time ever seeing this famous and gloriously marked and coloured insect. One of my best insect moments this year.

Southern Hawkers danced along high up the trees enjoying the snatches of sun. Green-veined White and Red Admiral added well to a stellar cast of butterflies on this summer’s day with the latter entertainingly landing on some dog poo. There was a brilliant bird moment too with a gorgeous view of my second Green Woodpecker seen and third seen or heard in as many days. When home tonight after taking in a sunny evening and afternoon with great brightness and little bits of red at sunset enjoying daffodils, fuchsia, hebe, sedum, Sweet Williams, creamy roses and other flowers in the back garden a wonderful little moth came in tonight which I got the tenth and final picture in this photoset of a familiar to me after one came in last year Garden Carpet moth. This made my moth year list another one to grow this weekend go up to a 21 I am pleased with on a perhaps more relaxing day which I was still so thrilled to get out in.

"L/N? Make sure to get that serum down to the testing chambers before you clock out." A deep, yet soft voice calls behind you.

It was your co-worker standing by the door, as he runs his calloused hand through his graying hair. You look up from the various paperwork you had been doing for who knows how long, giving him a small smile.

"Sure thing, Michel. Have a good night." He returns your smile before waving you off, exiting the door. The room then went silent, as you let a small sigh escape your pursed lips.

You had been in the full room for hours, filling out lab reports for the Azaleas you had experimenting with. It was just cross-breeding; something that was as simple as multiplying to you. Even if it sounded simple, the flowers you were cross-breeding seemed to give some mixed results; which was what you were trying to figure out.

Your mind had been all over the place since moving to Gotham. With trying to find steady income, to trying to get an apartment secluded from the city's muck. You wouldn't have gone here if it wasn't for a new job opportunity at the Botanical Gardens. You would make more money here than you would working as a florist, so you took it.

Though there was one another thing that interested you into coming here: and that was Dr. Pamela Isley AKA Poison Ivy.

You had seen her on the new frequently, and while she was a dangerous woman, there was something about her that interested you. The fact that she became part plant? Her eco-terrorist view? You couldn't pinpoint it.

Though your co-workers simply laughed at your thoughts. "She would feed all of us to her giant monster plants; let alone let one of us talk to her."

There it goes: you're thinking too much again. Abruptly standing up from her small desk situated in the middle of the room, you remove your lab coat from your shoulders and decide to visit the Botanical Gardens. Going there during stressful shifts would help calm your nerves, and help give you a small peace of mind.

The serum Michel had been talking about is what got you so high up in ranks. You had been studying mutations, and had created a serum that would affect the plant's DNA sequence. This could help when cross-breeding plants, inserting mutated cells into their sequences. It could help farmers and others of the like when it comes to food production.

You exit the room, encountering few people in the hallways of the corridor. You smiled and greeted anyone who walked past, though you couldn't wait to be alone. After walking for another few minutes, you reach the outside.

The gardens were filled with hundreds of species of plants: birch and oak trees, roses and gardenias, to common thistles and generic species of plants. There were small, round pieces of stone placed carefully along to make a aesthetically pleads pathway, and you walked along it until you reached a bench facing north.

"Finally." You say under your breath as you take a seat on the cool metal. You admired the flowers surrounding you; such beauty yet they were so delicate. The breeze dancing across your shoulders sent a slight shudder up your skin, though the coolness felt nice after being cooped up in the lab for hours.

Your (E/C) eyes land on a bed of Devil's Ivy. Guests would always come up and ask if it was poison ivy, fearing they would get a nasty rash from the pant. Sometimes you said no; other times you would just flat out tell them yes because you didn't really care. It's their fault for not educating themselves in botany and the true beauty of each species.

You couldn't stay for long. It wasn't your official break, and you wanted to finish the rest of your work and call it a day. But you didn't, something about the trees blowing along with the wind and the sound of crickets chirping urges you to stay longer. So you did.

"Y/N? What are you doing?"

You were shaken by your friend, Isa, who appeared to be heading home. You must have fallen asleep, as it was extremely dark outside and the parking lot was almost empty.

"Isa? H-how long was I out here?" You check the time on you watch, not remembering when you left the building.

"Long enough for the entire staff to bounce. Don't forget to put the serum up," she says, helping you by taking your hand.

"Thanks. See you tomorrow." You wave, and like that she was gone. Rubbing your head, you adjust your clothing before digging for you keys in your back pocket.

It must be after 11, as the place was locked up. Luckily you were granted some spare keys. Unlocking the front entrance and flipping the main light switch on, you stumble around the corridor making your way to your lab.

Everything was where you had left it, your white lab coat hanging from the cushion chair you sat in. Picking up the piece of clothing, you draped it around your shoulders, looking through the scattered paperwork.

"I'll finish these later.." You mutter, the drowsiness getting the better of you. You still don't know how you had managed to fall asleep, and why no one bothered but Isa to wake you.

Sighing, you stuff the papers in your folder, sticking it into your work bag. The blue serum, which had a metal lid screwed on tightly, sat at the corner of your desk. While it was still in development, you were certain that this could be a big help. At least, you hoped.

Carefully picking up the metal container, you use your back to open the door and make your way down to the testing chambers. While you tried walking steadily, you couldn't help but pick up your pace so you could get out of here sooner.

Using your ID, you side the thin keycard through the lock, granting you access. In the chambers lied a few other plants and substances the team had been working on. You loved the serum onto a table, using the keypad to securely lock it.

"There, time to go." As you turn your back to the serum, a loud crash is heard toward the front of the building. You froze, thinking of the numerous possibility's. A meteor? Explosion? Maybe someone's car crashed? As your mind ran around trying to think of answers, a giant vine smashes its way trough the thick metal door.

You take a few steps back, your adrenaline going crazy. Balling your fists together you await to see who is causing all of this.

A woman steps in through the smoke, she was all too familiar. Poison Ivy, of course.

"Excuse me, dear: I'm going to need that." Her voice sounded so silky, and elegant. She brushes some of her dark red hair past her face, her hands resting on her hips.

One of the vines shoots toward you, wrapping you up in its thick stems. You were pretty astonished to see a plant of its size, and you couldn't help but analyze it.

Ivy walks past you, commanding one of the vines to break the glass the serum was held in. The pieces strewn across the floor, the plant woman smirks as she takes the serum in her hands.

"Imagine, the army of plants taking over Gotham, then soon the world." She whispers, as if she was talking to her plants. You looked at her, intrigued to say the least. Her beauty mesmerized you, and the way she talked about the plants, you didn't want to say it was love at first sight but this woman interested you.

She held the serum in her hands as if it was a child, and her dark, emerald eyes look up at you entangled by her vine. It put some pressure against your figure, though you assumed she would have crushed you to death by now.

"You were such a help love. I won't forget you." She gives you a gingerly smile, blowing a kiss out to you. Your heart fluttered, though when she continued walking past you it crashed.

Here she was, right in front of you. What would you say? You didn't have much time.. Panic sprang through your body, as the vine slowly began to let go, dropping you to the floor.

You land on the hard floor, rubbing the shoulder you took the fall on. Ivy turns back to look at you, though you didn't know what she possibly could be thinking. Like that, she was out of the building before an army of police arrived at the scene.

"So an explosion happens, and you couldn’t see who took the serum?" You sat across from Isa in the cafeteria, munching on the turkey sandwich you had packed. That chatter surrounding you was minimal, though everyone was probably talking about the same thing: Ivy.

It was a few days after Ivy had attacked the gardens. After major repairs, you were finally able to go back to work. But their was a detail you had left out, and that was who took the serum. There were no security cameras, so everyone pretty much believed you.

You nod, putting your sandwich down on a napkin.

"Strange. Who knows what they will do with your serum in their hands." The woman remarks, sipping on her latte. You had heard the same from pretty much everyone who asked you about the incident.

For yourself, you couldn't stop thinking about that night. True, Ivy stole something valuable to your work. But you began to question: is she really an evil person? She had the chance to rid one of the "meat sacks", she calls it, but instead she had spared you, barely leaving a scratch. Her other victims couldn't say the same.

"Maybe. Though that was a test batch; it may not go their way." You assure your co-worker, who nods and gives a smile.

"I'm just glad you made it out in one piece." She replies, earning a small grin from you.

Work was not too productive. You spent most of your time in the Botanical Gardens, as repairs were still finishing up and you were given the chance to go on leave after the incident. You could have taken the chance to stay home and relax, but you dismissed the idea. Your apartment was barely furnished, and you would rather be outside in the gardens than stare at a beige wall all day.

You were walking along the neat stone walkway, admiring the different bushes of flowers outlining the walls; hydrangeas, endless summers, weigelas. You ran your fingers across the leaves and petals, just a little quirk you had. You loved feeling the soft, petals across your fingers. Sunshine beamed across the Are, and for the first time since you had been in Gotham it never looked so beautiful.

Night came. The moon rose above the sky, as it swam in a dark grey ocean of clouds. You were currently in the lobby, waiting to clock out. Isa leaned against the doorway waiting. You soon punch out, walking towards the woman as she readjusted her ponytail full of brown hair.

"You wanna come over? My husband got some fish to grill." She says, opening the door for the two of you. It sounded nice, though you sort of wanted to be alone for the night. You needed some more time to process the other night. And you didn't want Isa to find out your secret.

"I appreciate the offer, but I'm rather tired. Maybe tomorrow night?" You reply, beaming her a smile.

"I understand. Stay safe, Y/N." She gives you a warm hug before she turns to find her car. You were thankful to have such a faithful friend, and you began to get in your car.

The drive was silent, you didn't care for the radio much, it was all garbage (to you anyways). It went okay until all of a sudden your car kept coming to a halt. You spat out a few cuss words before stepping out, slamming the door.

"Great, just great. Perfect." You mutter, trying to piece together how you were going to get home. You pull out your cellphone, about to test Isa to come get you before you felt something thick wrap around your waist and mouth.

"Mmmhhff!" You attempt to scream but only muffled voices came out. Your eyes were covered, so you were completely clueless as to what was going on. You hear fragments of glass fall to the ground, before being lured to the ground. Your eyes and mouth were uncovered and you take in chunks of air.

You look back and the apparent window you came through was covered in thick shrubs and vines. You turn forward and none other than Poison Ivy was in front of you.

The redhead made her way down from what resembled a throne made out of bark and moss.

"Ah, there you are. I was afraid I might have grabbed the wrong person." She says, now standing less than a foot away from you.

The vines that held you slowly loosened, drawing back into their original places. You slowly get up from your knees, cautiously. You had to admit the woman was unpredictable.

"W-What do you want with me?" You ask slowly. You tried to sound as assertive as possible, but you question cane out with a slight stutter.

A vine traces its way up from Ivy’s leg to her hand, and she gives the it a loving look. The vine looked very unusual, a blue tint surrounding it. Your eyes began to widen when you realize that it’s your serum in the plant.

“Dr.. Y/N L/N, yes? My babies have told me so much about you..” she goes to say. It took you a moment to realize she was referring to the plants as her “babies”, which stunned you to say the least.

“They love you; they tell me you love them too. And your serum has made them feel better than ever.” The plant makes its way towards you, as if it was trying to hug you. The tips of it’s vine stroked your cheek, but you didn’t know how to react.

“I.. I’m glad.” You breathe out.

“Yes, you should be as am I.” She whispers, her dark eyes glancing at you. You make eye contact, your heart beating faster every second.

“Why did you want me here?” You ask, pulling some hair out of your face. Your other hand began to stroke the vine on it’s own.

“I was going to wreck the entire Botanical Gardens. But through my plants I’ve seen how you are.. you care about my babies.”

You didn’t know what to think. Part of you wanted her to go, the other wanted to get away from there as fast as possible. But for some reason you felt so attracted to her.

“Ivy.. I do. Nature is the only thing that seems to accept me..” you whisper, not knowing how she would react.

Ivy takes a moment in silence, before pulling out a small spray can from her pocket. Before you knew it, you were coughing up a storm from the fumes.

“What was that?!” You say after your coughing fit.

“Toxin immunity.” She answers in a stoic tone before hping you get up.

“For wh-“ your sentence was interrupted by a pair of lips meeting yours.

You froze in place and not too long after the kiss was over.

“That. If I kissed you before you would be filled with toxins right now.”

You were shocked, and a bit embarrassed that you let yourself be so unconfident.

“But why? I thought you hated humans. And why me of all people?” You ask. You didn’t know what else to say.

“There are some that pass the list. And by that I mean you and Harley Quinn,” she crosses her arms.

“And simple: you helped my babies. You’ve earned their trust, and mine. For not even telling the police it was me.”

You give her a small nod. She had some good points. Though a part of you knew this was wrong, you knew one thing: you were in love with her.

“I trust you.”

After that night with Ivy, you began to visit her frequently after work. You shared countless stories together, and got to know one another as Y/N and Pamela.

Tonight was no different. You pull in to the abandoned apartment complex, waiting for a plant to help you up the window.

Before you knew it, a wine emerged from the shadows, gently lifting you from the ground and into the apartment.

Ivy was laying in a bed of moss, looking towards you as you enter.

“Well hello there. Long day?” She asks, judging from the tired look on your face. You give her a nod, and the vine carries you to her.

You were placed on the moss bed, Ivy scooting a bit closer to you.

“Ivy?”

“You don’t have to call me that. Call me Pamela.” She says, her mouth turning upward into a smile.

“Right. I just wanted to say I’ve never felt happier these last few days.” You say with a sleepy smile.

Pam’s eyes widen a bit before she returns your smile.

“I’m glad, my blossom.” She plants a kiss on your forehead, as you began to cuddle up against her figure.

Weeks after meeting Ivy, you stopped going into work.

Isa searches for you, though with no trace she had assumed the worst. She was heartbroken, even holding a small funeral for you after the police pronounced you dead. Little did they know, you had never felt more alive.
