Having a Wonderful time deciding that actually in my verse, platonic life partners/platonic marriage is a widespread and widely accepted thing just bc i want it to be

#obviously aroace ppl arent the only ones who can have/want platonic relationships that are deeper than just 'friendship'#but it is a typically aroace feeling/issue #kata's chatter #this is honestly mainly just in general bc it makes me happy #tho it is also relevant to 1) north and higgins and how they view their relationship #and 2) alden and kodiak who probably Would have been platonic life partners in their human lives #were they not yknow. outlaws and wanted criminals and all #just yet another level to both their genuinely v deep running friendship #and their absolutely infuriating level of pining
