CÔNG TY TNHH CỐ VẤN ĐẦU TƯ HIGH DIGITS-Than Hà Tu - Vinacomin bị phạt và truy thu thuế gần 2 tỷ đồng

CTCP Than Hà Tu - Vinacomin (HNX: THT) công bố nhận được quyết định xử phạt vi phạm hành chính về thuế của Cục thuế tỉnh Quảng Ninh.

THT có hành vi khai sai dẫn đến thiếu số tiền thuế phải nộp, bao gồm thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp, giá trị gia tăng và thuế thu nhập cá nhân.

Do đó, Công ty bị phạt hành chính hơn 313 triệu đồng và buộc nộp đủ số tiền thuế thiếu là gần 1.6 tỷ đồng và tiền chậm nộp gần 97 triệu đồng vào Ngân sách Nhà nước.

Như vậy, tổng số tiền phạt vi phạm hành chính, tiền khắc phục hậu quả là gần 2 tỷ đồng. Quyết định có hiệu lực từ ngày 21/11/2023.

Than Hà Tu – Vinacomin (THT) tiền thân là mỏ than Hà Tu thành lập năm 1996, là doanh nghiệp Nhà nước, là một đơn vị kinh tế cơ sở sản xuất hàng hoá (sản phẩm chính là than) trực thuộc Tập đoàn Công nghiệp Than - Khoáng sản Việt Nam (Vinacomin).

Năm 2007, Công ty hoạt động theo mô hình CTCP, Nhà nước nắm giữ cổ phần chi phối 51%. Hiện, vốn điều lệ của THT là gần 246 tỷ đồng, trong đó Vinacomin là công ty mẹ nắm giữ 65% vốn.

Về kết quả kinh doanh, lũy kế 9 tháng đầu năm 2023, THT ghi nhận doanh thu thuần gần 3,543 tỷ đồng, tăng 9% so với cùng kỳ. Nhờ giá vốn tăng chậm hơn, lãi gộp thu về hơn 146 tỷ đồng, tăng 32%; biên lãi gộp cải thiện từ mức 3% lên 4%. Lãi trước thuế đạt gần 66 tỷ đồng, gấp hơn 2.6 lần cùng kỳ.

Năm 2023, THT đặt mục tiêu tổng doanh thu 4,448 tỷ đồng và lãi trước thuế gần 78 tỷ đồng, giảm lần lượt 2% và 10% so với năm 2022. Sau 9 tháng, Công ty thực hiện được 80% chỉ tiêu doanh thu và 85% kế hoạch lợi nhuận năm.

Kết phiên 20/12, giá cổ phiếu THT dừng ở mức 12,800 đồng/cp, tăng gần 54% so với đầu năm; thanh khoản bình quân đạt gần 58,000 cp/ngày.

 UGH this was such a good scene. hearing them talk about how serena has immunity because she was forced to comply with the laws of gilead under penalty of execution was infuriating. serena was not a woman kidnapped into this place and forced to play her role. she played a huge hand in creating Gilead- for herself and for everyone else she helped force to live these horrors. she wrote books pre-Gilead about the role of women of which their ideals were reflected and enforced. june said it herself, “serena’s only nice when she’s up to something.” everything serena has done has been in her own interests. she picks and chooses the Gilead customs she stands by. she wants to be able to read and write, but she still wants the baby that was stolen from its mother. she wants and does what suits her with no regard for anyone else. thats why seeing tuello arrest her was so fucking satisfying. him placing her under arrest for crimes against humanity and, especially, “the rape of june osborne” was cathartic because it made what she did personal. even when she tried to defend herself she said “nick and offred had a relationship.” offred. she is still incapable of seeing what she’s done. she did all of this to a person. seeing nichole be physically taken from serena as she’s arrested just as she took this child from june, her REAL mother, was amazing.

SEASON 3 FINALE

I LOVED THIS FINALE. it was so emotional and so inspiring i really cried the ENTIRE time lol. i love this story more than anything it has such a special place in my heart and i’m sad i have to wait another year for the next season but i’m so excited 😊
