You know what day it is today! Happy πŸ‘ day! The gluteus are the hardest body part to tone up for women because we have estrogen pockets mainly around our gluteus and triceps. Most women have hormone imbalances as a result of the pill, alcohol, certain foods and even pollution to name a few. Our bodies hold onto estrogen a lot more than in the male body and we generally don't have a high level of testosterone that counters the affects of estrogen on the body. We have good estrogen which makes our skin glow and reproductive organs work properly and then bad estrogen which increases fat storage and cellulite. While we should all attempt to minimize the bad estrogen sources to our body(limit alcohol, the pill if possible, fast foods and too much coffee) we can also eat certain foods that help to eliminate bad estrogen. Cruciferous vegetables are your best friend in this regard. Broccoli is my favorite cruciferous vegetable for this and I try to eat some everyday, as boring as it gets, it is really beneficial. Being dehydrated also has a major impact on female hormones so be sure to drink as much water as possible. Then training your booty in the right way will build muscle, tighten the skin around your new muscle and reduce body fat by increasing your basil metabolic rate with the added muscle.
