best part about an all tile house is when ice gets on the floor the cats can bat it around and use it for enrichment then it just evaporates

Anyway, everything from the house getting flooded is all cleaned up and the towels are all washed and clean and I'm going the fuck to BED because I'm exhausted I really didn't need for my yard to get under two feet of water in order to motivate me to fucking mop the floors but it worked i fucking guess so ?

I keep forgetting people don't know about the fnaf room. Like yeah the fnaf bedroom we've all heard of it (we have not)

#the steamers. pizzas. and “newspapers”#are recent additions!#i tried to keep the hall papers as accurate as possible. typos and all. shame i couldn't get em the right size. but not really noticeable !#my room used to be “just moved in beige with crusty tan carpets” i am. extremely happy with it these days #and i definitely clean it up more often lol #the most expensive part is the floors!! by a significant margin!!!!#had to pull up carpet. floor underneath wasnt ready for non carpet flooring. pulled out nails. filled in cracks. had to buy trim.#had to learn how to use a nail gun #my dad used to have a job with laying floors which helped significantly #shame we couldn't use actual tiles.but at the same time Oh Wow tiles are Expensive. and the floor wpuldve needed to be prepped even more #basically what im saying is. find a house that already has a checkered floor or something. get arcade carpet floor instead #that might be cheaper actually #it probably definitely is #you can find like the exact arcade carpet pattern used in the movie online you can buy it #hard to keep this floor clean too. lots of stains and specks. despite my mopping and desperate scrubbing #probably because the floor is like. soft.#and i dont know what it wants from me

I clean the entire fucking kitchen but i get no appreciation from dad (who always moans about how messy it is) because i hadn't quite finished the washing up and dinner was ten minutes late to going in the oven.

#fucking sorry i guess?? can you at least look?? before you track in footprints on my freshly mopped floor?#i did under and on top of the microwave #i did every single disgusting counter because they're slobs who dont clean after themselves #i wiped the cupboards and the oven and the grimy kettle and the oily tiles #and the toaster and the toastie maker and i got the two year old tape marks off the mini freezer #and it all goes unnoticed because there's a pan and a couple knives in the sink #because someone got home HALF AN HOUR EARLY #it would've been fucking done if you came back on time you prick

because, apparently, you have to regularly clean the filter. this isn’t something i was told needs to be done growing up (we had a bag vac) so is this just common knowledge?

ok why is she texting paragraphs in the groupchat that "we need to start cleaning the kitchen more" like girl be real. you know i deep clean it myself every 2-3weeks but it's a big kitchen and multiple people use it i can only do so much

#swear on my dogs life she has cleaned the kitchen ONCE since we moved in 2 years ago #and my other roommate has cleaned it MAXIMUM OF TWICE as well #im also the only one who cleans my bathroom #funny story about that too #the other 2 girls used to share the bigger bathroom and it was always filthy like everything has a thick coat of grime and dirt UFG like i #had to use their toilet once and once my butt hit the seat i was disgusted i could FEEL the dirt on top of the toilet seat #so anyways while i was away for a little one of them moved into my tiny ass bathroom to share with me because it's always clean bc im a #neat freak but now i have share the bathroom with her and clean up after her and pick up her hair in the shower/on the floor and maybe im #just like MAJOR clean freak but....grosses me out #so anyways the audacity to say that we never clean when i do clean often and you're aware of that which is why you wanted to share a br #with me instead. smh #RANT SORRY #that time i came back from being away and saw that she moved into my bathroom i went to take a shower and tehre was mold ALL OVER THE SHOWE #R and so i texted her like did you know the bathroom is all moldy?? like it's disgusting have you been standing on it in the shower n stuff #and she was like 'oh really! no i thought it was just the design of the tile' -_-#ok.......#for this reason. im glad to graduate and move back home bc at least my brother is low maintenance in our bathroom
