Oops! I forgot to check in for Day 2...so this is my checkin for both Days 2 & 3! 🥳 So happy I was finally able to work out with the #6789bossbabes on both days! Total Body Sculpt 💪🏼 and the Daily Moves kicked my ass this morning since I'm still sore from yesterday's Power Yoga Arms + Abs and Daily Moves 🧘🏻‍♀️💕🏋️🏻‍♀️! Hello there Day 👆🏼of the #tiuholidayhustle! This challenge came at the perfect time to help me stay on track with my nutrition and workouts through this amazingly fun (and sometimes stressful) season. #latepost Tuesday workout vibes = Total Body Barre Workout + 1 mile walk. Those fine toning moves were killer and I know I'll be feeling it tomorrow. 😁 most of my meals were #TIUapproved but Ive been struggling with snacking in between meals. Bah!!! Happy Saturday babes!!! 🙌🏼☀️💞 I have been so bad at checking in the last couple days! It's been crazy with the school year ending and gearing up for our vacation! I've stayed on point for most of the week, but I'm going to be honest. I had one to many glasses of wine and not enough workouts...and I wonder why I've been a little more short and sassy this week. 🤔 And today I turned that attitude around and enjoyed a 3 mile run through Sycamore Grove Park with this beauty. Sunday - week 7 ✨🌟⚡️🔥💥🌸🌺🌴🍎🍊🍉🍌🍇🍓🍑🍍 . So achievements for this #tiubikiniseries I have had the #tiuteam mindset the whole time 💕 no matter if I made a slip or felt down. I have continually came back here and had to reset. Which I've never done before, normally always give up week 2 or 3, like I've said before. So I'm looking at this even if I don't lose a ton or show massive physical change it's been a HUGE MENTAL change! Also, I have been consistent on eating 5 meals and keeping a mental check on logging them with MyFitnessPal!! I'm making small changes!! 💞💥🌸🎉 I'm still working on not feeling guilty about amounts of calories and also giving myself treats, or when I slip up. Just bounce right back. .
