Magnus Archives drawing day 11. I feel like the person’s proportions aren’t too bad in this one. When they’re just kind of standing I can do it pretty well but any other position and that goes out the window.

The middle feels conspicuously empty but I didn’t really know what to put.

It's wild to me that in The Magnus Archives one of the characters changes voice actors and it's a major plot point, and they don't sound anything alike and yet half the audience doesn't seem to notice the change until either a character brings it up or they go back and hear the original voice. I can't not notice a change in voice actor, even when they do their best to find a sound-alike and it's not a purely audio medium. It's actually jarring sometimes. So when I got to this point I was SCREAMING.

I just wonder why this is. If you missed this in TMA, are you usually able to recognize voice actors when you watch TV? Like "oh, this actor voices so-and-so in Different Show" Or is that just not something you notice?

if tma1 doesn't exist in this universe, then he wouldn't be murdered by daisy (daisy murdered him because she was following jon, daisy is only connected to the magnus institute (1) because of the murder of gertrude robinson which happened in 2016)

chichester is in the south of england, where he was last seen in 1998, but the man can reach terminal velocity wherever he wants. or just take a train to manchester

Definitely not having a crisis over the thought of a new character finding tapes of Jon and the old cast, and absolutely not having a crisis over the idea the of Magnus archives becoming a mystery they have to uncover,

The face in TMA54 disappearing down the staurs lowkey reminds me of the Angler Fish Thing in TMA1. Also, "We've got one down here. Come on, we'll show you." In such a monotone voice? So creepy. And taxidermied Daniel??? Hello?

Drawing the Magnus Archives day 10. I haven’t re listened to any of the episodes I’ve drawn this far except sometimes skipping through to find a description. It’s very evident in this one that I didn’t try to make them look like the in story characters at all.

This one feels unsettling to me in none of the ways intended lol. The vampire looking like a baby probably has a large part to do with it.

Someone said on my last one that using reference photos isn’t going to hurt me so for now I’m just going to keep doing it.

in case you all are wondering. yes I am freaking out about new magnus archives stuff. But if jonny sims makes tma2 continuing from the same story as tma1- whats a funny way to word this without coming off as threatening- I will throw him in a lake with the only copy of the tma2 manuscript.

Not to be a downer but those new seasons of tma are going to be so bad I can feel it. I didn't like the ending of tma1 but it was designed from the begining to be a closed 5 seasons why would you do this...
