I love drawing and making up dialogue for the TEC/TNCC characters but I always imagine a Bill on my shoulder shaking his head at me . "THEY WOULD NOT FUCKING SAY THAT!!" i knowwww i knoowww urgh. it doesnt matter though, literally doesnt matter why am i so worried about writing them ooc!

I do understand the characters and try to do an in depth study but ngl its so hard to properly execute their dialogue correctly! does that make sense? That's just how i feel about characters in general that I can't relate to. I'm just scared people are gonna bite my head off if I write them the wrong way even though no one cares

KETIK, JAKARTA - Mantan Kasubdit III Ditresnarkoba Polda Metro Jaya (PMJ), AKBP Malvino Edward Yusticia dipecat kasus dugaan pemerasan penonton konser Djakarta Warehouse Project (DWP) 2024 asal Warga Negara (WN) Malaysia.

Dalam sidang etik yang berlangsung tertutup di Gedung TNCC Mabes Polri, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan, pada Kamis (2/1/2025), AKBP Malvino dijatuhi sanksi berat berupa Pemberhentian Tidak Dengan Hormat (PTDH). Keputusan ini menjadi sorotan karena melibatkan salah satu petinggi kepolisian dalam dugaan pemerasan terhadap pengunjung festival musik elektronik terbesar di Indonesia.

Putusan Cakup Dua Sanksi

Sidang etik ini merupakan kelanjutan dari proses hukum terhadap Malvino, yang sebelumnya telah menjalani penempatan khusus selama enam hari. Berdasarkan keterangan resmi dari Karopenmas Polri, Brigjen Pol Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, putusan tersebut mencakup dua jenis sanksi, yaitu:

1. Sanksi Etika: Malvino dinyatakan melakukan perbuatan tercela yang mencoreng nama baik institusi Polri.

2. Sanksi Administratif: Selain penempatan khusus yang telah dijalani, ia dijatuhi sanksi pemberhentian tidak hormat atau PTDH.

"Atas keputusan ini, pelanggar menyatakan banding," ujar Brigjen Trunoyudo dalam konferensi pers di lobi Gedung TNCC Mabes Polri.

Langkah banding ini menjadi perhatian karena menyiratkan bahwa proses hukum masih belum sepenuhnya selesai. Namun, pengamat menilai, langkah tersebut lebih banyak bersifat formalitas mengingat bobot pelanggaran yang sudah terang benderang di mata publik.

Sidang AKBP Malvino Sempat Tertunda

Proses sidang etik terhadap Malvino digelar secara maraton sejak awal pekan ini. Komisioner Kompolnas, Choirul Anam, yang turut mengawasi jalannya sidang, mengungkapkan bahwa sidang untuk Malvino sempat tertunda akibat kompleksitas materi yang dihadirkan.

"Sampai pagi, sidang untuk Malvino belum selesai, jadi ditunda ke hari ini. Sidang ini melibatkan tiga orang sekaligus, dua di antaranya adalah bawahannya yang memegang jabatan Kanit," kata Choirul kepada wartawan.

Choirul Anam juga menyebutkan bahwa rangkaian sidang ini tidak hanya untuk mengungkap pelanggaran etik, tetapi juga membuka kemungkinan tindak pidana. "Saya meyakini ada unsur pidana dalam kasus ini. Kita tunggu penyelesaian struktur peristiwanya, agar semua menjadi terang benderang," ucapnya.

Selain AKBP Malvino, Kombes Donald Juga Dipecat

Kasus pemerasan di DWP 2024 tidak hanya dilakukan pemecatan terhadap AKBP Malvino saja, sebelumnya, mantan Dirresnarkoba Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Donald Parlaungan Simanjuntak juga dijatuhi hukuman serupa pada sidang yang digelar Selasa, 31 Desember 2024. Kombes Donald pun diputuskan bersalah setelah berbagai bukti kuat menunjukkan keterlibatannya dalam skandal ini.

Kasus ini semakin mencuat ketika diketahui bahwa total 18 anggota polisi terlibat dalam operasi pemerasan tersebut. Modus operandi yang digunakan adalah melakukan tes urine mendadak terhadap pengunjung festival, dengan ancaman hukum jika hasil tes menunjukkan indikasi penggunaan narkoba. Tak peduli hasil tes, belasan petugas tersebut meminta uang tebusan kepada para korban, yang mayoritas adalah WN Malaysia.

Kasus Pemerasan Mencuat di Medsos

Kasus dugaan pemerasan ini pertama kali mencuat melalui unggahan para korban di media sosial (medsos). Dalam unggahan tersebut, para korban menceritakan bagaimana belasan anggota polisi menggunakan dalih tes urine untuk menakut-nakuti pengunjung DWP 2024. Para korban, yang merasa tertekan, akhirnya menyerahkan sejumlah uang agar bisa segera lepas dari situasi tersebut.

Publik geram dengan tindakan ini, mengingat Polri seharusnya menjadi garda terdepan dalam menjaga keamanan, bukan malah mencoreng reputasi melalui aksi pemerasan. Skandal ini tidak hanya merugikan korban secara langsung, tetapi juga menimbulkan keraguan terhadap integritas institusi kepolisian.

Dugaan Pidana Kasus Ini Sangat Kuat

Meski sidang etik telah selesai untuk beberapa pelaku, pengamat hukum meyakini langkah selanjutnya adalah pengusutan pidana. Choirul Anam menegaskan bahwa dugaan pidana dalam kasus ini sangat kuat, sehingga tindak lanjut di ranah hukum pidana hampir pasti dilakukan.

"Setelah proses ini selesai, saya yakin perkara ini akan dibawa ke pengadilan pidana. Mereka harus mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya, baik di mata hukum maupun publik," jelas Choirul.

Kasus ini menjadi peringatan keras bagi institusi Polri untuk terus melakukan reformasi internal. Publik menuntut transparansi dan ketegasan dalam menindak anggota yang melanggar hukum, agar kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap institusi dapat pulih.
