The possible nature of kaneki’s Father

( Major Spoilers!!!)

I looked around and saw no one else covering this or looking into this so decided to do some random theory craft here for the hell of it. So I noticed in some of the tokyo ghoul screensavers I have on my computer that beyond just the white hair Kaneki and Arima have some resemblance to each other. Now I know its is very unlikely that they are father son given their ages, this theory is more directed at a shared Washuu lineage between the two.I did some image searching and saw that the washuu and Kaneki appear to have some visual similarity in their general build and some facial features, notably their cheekbones ( this could a stylistic thing of ishidas feel free to check yourself and make your own conclusions discourse welcome). The notable things that can be extrapolated of this Washuu bloodline in Kaneki beyond the donated kagune sac (forgot the correct term) from Rize, it would explain why his father died young like many of the hybrid humans of the Washuu such as arima who was already near death in his 30′s. This also could be something that Kanou factored unbeknownst to Furata when they arranged for Rize to be squashed by steel girders as he was researching the Washuu’s capacity to make a dragon and Kaneki could have sticked better as a half ghoul because of it. My main hole I see in this theory that detracts from is that it overemphasizes the need for Kaneki to have an important origin as many main characters seem are forced to have in many narratives. Such as the typical trope of his parents having to be special, which can detracts from Kaneki being his own character, but besides that in my opinion it seems a viable theory
