He's feral and eats trash and is a bastard (affectionate). Of course. He's like my cat, Pirate Bastard.
Every character I like is now autistic. His SpIn is social interaction. Because it was useful. His secondary SpIn is probably leather tanning, but he hasn't had a good chance for it.
If someone says Zev doesn't need therapy, they need therapy. Likewise, Angst out the door; I relate to him TOO MUCH. Sorry.
I think it's funny if he's perpetually lost. I think it's funny that's all.
And yeah, chihuahua energy because he is Small and Vibrates and Nat carries him around in a purse (spiritually). I think he has Dachshund energy really, but that doesn't quite work. Small, says he's dangerous, but really he just wants to be held in front of the fire while you read a book

Ended up doing this on my phone so I would Actually Do It so not the most legible lolol. (And I missed with one! It should be "I NEVER want to meet them" instead of "they've never done anything wrong"
I liked leli a whole lot the first time I played but it really has changed since. First time I played I was trying very hard to be Straight and Catholic so she was...illuminating to say the least
But frankly, while I adore her whole arc, I think it really plays best as a mirror to other arcs/as an illumination of her relationship with others & especially the chantry itself. I don't...find her particularly compelling standing alone. I think a huge part of that is her Super Religious shtick.
I generally just think of her as a contrast to Nat (Brosca) and Cassandra, actually
Basically, I am extremely queer and do love her whole thing, but she is just too earnest in her fantasy catholicism to be really important to me

Maybe it's because I'm not from the same country as most of my mutuals but it's kind of funny when I read people arguing that Hometown is weird and then list some things that are completely normal for anyone that has slightly different culture.
"But why do they have a hospital with two rooms and someone staying there?" slightly modified Family Health Center (rough translation), next question.
"But What Does Sans Sell? his store is so small why does he have magazines? How would the characters buy X Item?" Have you ever entered a boliche? A corner store? They don't just sell food sometimes I've even bought cleaning products and your average school supplies.
"How is it possible chapter 3 is church day when chapter 2 was a week day?? Do they have school on Saturday?" Deltarune could be set in literally any day of the week if chapter 3 takes places during a local religious holiday. It doesn't need to be some christian Sunday. The school week doesn't even need to be Monday to Friday.
Now "Why is there a bunker far into the Southern edge of town?" is indeed a weird thing and the game is setting it up that way. Go wild with theories.

NOnonono but the entire point of the promise Sans makes to Toriel about "protecting the human coming through the door". Is that he really doesn't know who she is beyond the conversations they've had so far. And he doesn't know who the human coming out from there is. But they still trust each other to make it happen, regardless of timeline.
This happens regardless of Toriel's fate in the game. If you kill her, but not Papyrus, he still comments on this promise.
And here's the thing. He has to make the decision of trusting this woman he is fond of, but ultimately doesn't know beyond what they've shared together.
And Toriel had to make the decision of trusting him too. She is convinved that the world outside the Ruins will be hostile, because she knows what's happened before. And it fucking hurts to think it could happen again. And yeah I've heard all about it how she "rejected" her duty and didn't make the right choice back then. I think Toriel is somewhat aware of that. Her moving to the Ruins was a choice she made while grieving too, but it is a decsion that goes according to her integrity as well.
ANYWAYS I'm getting sidetracked. What I mean with this post is that the implications of trusting someone else with something that is so personal, because you know your limitations (because of flaws or any other cause), and having that person receive this in a good way is so important.
And while Sans is not the best at actively doing that job, it is still remarkable how much this promise is on his mind.
The VERY LAST THING he does before his No Mery fight is apologizing to Toriel, or his memory of her, because he had to break that promise.
This post is a mess but... I need to rotate them. And also I always get a little mad when people assume that Sans doesn't make that promise when Toriel dies, like in No-Mercy. Because the whole deal about the promise is that it happens before the game, it is not something anyone, not even Flowey, can affect, and it is a reflection of the closeness the two have, so placing this as something Toriel does only if she deems the human a good person, and something Sans only "keeps" when Frisk is pacifist just takes away that weight.
Also go play neutral routes they're super interesting to make character analysis. Different events affect different characters in specific ways.

there's a lot of things i appreciate about Joe Hills, but one of them is his determination to make all the signs on hermitcraft ADA compliant. his enderchest contains white dye so that he can make poor sign choices legible. when he tweets images from stream there's a big pause as he adds the alt text. he talked about making a discord bot to remind his discord members to add alt text to their images. i respect this guy. the only reason he doesn't have professional subtitles is because he believes in paying all his staff fairly and he can't afford it yet

Okay I’m making this while tired but I figure I can at least get it started and smart people can add on. if you’re here from jrwitwt first off HELLO!!! Welcome. I know there have been several posts going around saying watch your step, we do things differently here, and to get with it, that might seem a bit intimidating. So I wanted to make this non-exhaustive list of how tumblr works and HOW we do things different so you can get settled in :)
also these are just to the best of my ability and based off my time here i am by no means a standard, just a starting point
-You might’ve heard this one already but there isn’t much of an algorithm here. You can follow certain tags and blogs. The best way to find people is to just scroll through tags and check out blogs whose posts you enjoyed
-reblogging is standard. Likes are typically for letting a mutual(or anyone rlly) know you saw their post or during liveblog sessions(at least that’s how I use them) while we have replies on posts that might look like a comment section. It really isn’t most of the time. Comments are normally put in the tags of reblogs. It’s completely okay if your blog is just reblogs that’s super normal here. you don’t have to have an original thought if you don’t want to
-If you really don’t want to post/lurk and only follow ppl, change your pfp so we know you aren’t a bot. Blank blogs have a history of being bots and if we can’t tell you’re a person a lot of people will block on sight. Just fair warning
-We do a lot of blocking here. If you don’t like someone’s posts, block em and keep going. The filter tags system on tumblr really works(I’ve heard twt is fussy and not great) and most people tag things appropriately here so you Will Not see the shit you don’t want to
-TAG THINGS APPROPRIATELY PLEASE it’s a give and take. When it comes to spoilers, as long as the original poster tagged it you normally don’t have to tag it again in a reblog but you can out of courtesy
-Bonus point a lot of us use “jrwilb” as a tag when everyone is on the dash liveblogging a stream ep or just when they get around to watching it. Some people have personalized ones, and some ppl also main tag their liveblogs so it’s just a good one to know ahead of time
-People chit chat through asks frequently. You don’t have to feel shy abt it, esp if you are being friendly. But if you’re anxious a lot of people leave on anon asks so you don’t have to have your name attached
-We don’t really do callouts/negativity posts. If you see a take or headcanon you aren’t fond of going around. You can block/filter, or you can make a positivity post or post abt your own interpretation!!! A lot of people here love different takes and headcanons and try to value all of them. Again, if one squicks you really bad, filter/block it. If you really wanna complain, be sure to do it in dms or a private discord server
-our concept of what jokes are okay to post are very lax. there really isnt an official thing but i’ve tended to notice we dont really tend to do anything the council havent done. we joke abt gillion tits and eggs here because the council have done it. we have made very lewd jokes because . . . mcs and everything else grizzly does when he’s not playing dakota. so be prepared to be jarred by how . . . interesting it gets here

The Future of Giveaways
For the majority of 2022, Yaoi World did monthly giveaways. At the beginning of each month, we gave away one free month of Discord Nitro to a random Level 5 member of our server, and to another random member (selected by our Giveaway Bot from people who entered) we gave away a care box worth approximately 20-30 USD.
This month, January 2023, we had three giveaway boxes. These boxes were valued at just over $50USD each, and were a prize for 3 members in our top 10 most active list for the server reaching 1000 members.
Unfortunately, the server has been completely hemorrhaging funds, and our Giveaway Manager has suffered an approximately $250 cut in monthly income (due to a clerical error with her employer last year that has been corrected. Luckily, she did not have to pay for this error herself). Because of this, we are cutting the care box giveaways down to 1 per event season, and all future boxes will be handled through the Giveaway Manager's small business (which will allow her to comp some of the expenses later on).
If you're a member of our server, you can still get free care boxes by participating in our Prize Parlour (250,000 crowns will net you one of three different boxes).
Starting in February, once a week, to help our Giveaway Manager out, we will make a post about the products and gift boxes that she has available with her business that are specifically geared toward our server members and followers here on Tumblr. We hope that our members and followers see these posts and are encouraged to check out her shop!

Hiya peeps,so I just watched the whole season botbots with my friend on discord,and we discussed about the show performance,and it was acctually good,BUT I have one problem with this show and its...

Ok,so let me explain my rage over this juice box first,so the first thing I noticed is in the first ep,she questioned where Burgertron was,and then she shrugs it off like its not a big deal,and im like?!!?!Bitch WHAT ain’t you worried about your bf or something like that??And then when Burgertron got caught by Dave on accident,everyone’s pissed obviously,and Ulf’s reaction to the situation is like Burgertron did some war crime or some shit,but wanted to not assume my expectations first because I thought there was gonna be an arc where she realizes Spud Muffin manipulated her to think that Burgertron made a betrayal to the Hunger hubs and blowing the cover of every botbot gang.
But in later episodes where Burgertron is trying to change for the better,she just becomes so blinded by Spud’s manipulation that she kinda becomes a dick to Burgertron,and Im thinking like...!??!Bitch,thats just fucking toxic,I was even considering that Burgertron shouldn’t even be with Ulf at this point.But when we were watching the finale,and the show finally makes Ulf realize that Spud is just a manipulative bitch,I was like,ok this is the part that I can forgive her sins and her just apologizing to burgertron,right...OH WAIT SHE DOESN’T FUCKING APOLOGIZE TO BURGERTRON FOR HER BEHAVOIR TO HIM?!!?!
Oh thank god Burgertron didn’t go back to the hunger hubs,Ulf was just gonna be more of a bitch to him for all I fraggin know,PERIOD.😡🤬😡🤬😤 and in conclushion,she had the potential,but the writers fucked up her character development and her relationship with Burgertron.

My Triannual Goals: September-December 2021
Hey all! Sunny D is back once again; I’ve spent this whole time moving! I’m finally settled into a new place, and I’d love to start off this new chapter by setting some goals for myself. Here’s the link to my last post on triannual goals, so we’re here to review and renew!
Last Period’s Review
Complete the entirely of the “Korean for Beginners” textbook PDF. - Fail.
I didn’t do this, but I did make some nice progress! I’ll be coming back at this one with a stronger study plan and schedule.
Land 540 spinning kick. - Success-ish.
I didn’t completely get it, however I’ve been able to get the kick out more consistently. It’s a halfway success because while I can technically land the kick, the execution isn’t where I want it to be.
Test for my 2nd Dan Level 6 in Taekwondo. - Success!
I did this! It was awesome!
Post and release a project for the TTWF server, and start planning the second one. - Success!
We released the first edition of our zine! Keep an eye out for the submission process of the second, coming soon.
Code an operational bot for Discord. - Fail.
I think this was a bit of a hyperfixation and me getting in way over my head. However, I learned the basics of Python!
Complete the development of two planets in Journey to Valeria. - Fail.
This was something I’m kind of disappointed about, because the project still means a lot to me. I have some reworking to do.
Finish the readthrough and note-taking stage of The Murder of Elijah Patel. - Success!
This actually went a lot faster than I was expecting it to, and I’ve made good headway already on the second draft!
Write 50 sections of Kaleidoscope. - Fail.
Kaleidoscope found itself on the back-burner, which I’m definitely disappointed with. This is something I will also have to change.
Finish the first draft of The Immunity. - Fail.
However, I did start releasing it on my Wattpad!
Move into a new house! - Success!
I’m writing this post from within my new room!
Start releasing content on my Patreon. - Success-ish.
Patreon ended up not quite being my thing. I released content there for a bit, but I ended up unpublishing my page for a few different reasons. Keep an eye out for announcements regarding that!
And two marketing goals. Sadly, I didn’t reach either of them.
This period is really forcing me to take the good with the bad. Some of these fails, I’m really disappointed in... others, not so much. I’m trying to take these into account as I set and start to work towards my goals for the next period!

Create developed worlds on WorldAnvil to share.
Release the Halloween edition of Tripping the Zine Fantastic.
Complete the first draft of The Immunity.
Complete the second draft of The Murder of Elijah Patel.

Lay out a full development plan for Journey to Valeria.
Win NaNoWriMo with a first draft of a revisited old concept.
Have at least 18 short stories prepared for the release of a new anthology.
Land 540 spinning kick at chest height.
Test for my 3rd Dan black belt.
Achieve a 4.0 GPA and land on the dean’s list for the Fall 2021 semester.
Complete the “Korean for Beginners” PDF textbook and practice at least 3 times a week.
Finish the second section of Norwegian on Duolingo.
Read 4 books.
Work out for at least 20 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week.
Release the Ultimate Writing Tracker for 2022. (You’ll see!)
And 4 marketing goals that I’m choosing to keep private!
The last month of this period made it difficult for me to stay on top of things, and that’s something I’m really looking to change. A new place means I have readjusting to do, but I’d like to make it positive and push myself to some new heights here.
