reworked kanako's design on that older post + finished her and suwako's sprites. sanae is there for scale. suwako is still 45 and kanako is still 39 and they are still married ! of course!

in a drunken haze, i hastily attempted to scribble out a homestuck panel parallel to sole of the standoffs you might see btwn characters, still inspired by @sagaciouscejai's design.

with my weird biz, reimu hakurei from gensokyo, and a future, "maribel hearn-like" version of her that plays the game along with her eventually meet. due to bullshit and other frustrations, future!Reimu is not too happy about realizing she's a copy, let alone entrenched in bullshit she didnt sign up for. things get heated.

i conjured up some example dialogue just for funs (G!Reimu being Gensokyo Reimu, and F!Reimu being the future version)

F!Reimu: I'm not doing this anymore.

F!Marisa: huh?

G!Reimu: What're you talking about? This is a group effort!

F!Reimu: I never signed up for your stupid prophecies or anything like that

F!Reimu: I already get enough mystic bullshit from my mom and apparently she's always had her hands in nonsense I've had shoved down my throat

F!Reimu: All it took was another stupid obligation to take away from actual freedom from me

F!Reimu: Ghosts and spirits suck, magic SUCKS, this world and running around just to do god knows what SUCKS

F!Reimu: I don't even know what a GOD IS anymore

F!Marisa: hey, i know i'm not the kinda person to say this, but i think we sho-

F!Reimu: And the last thing I need is someone telling me who I am or what I'm responsible for.

F!Reimu: You're you, and I'm me. Either you get a fucking clue and accept that, or *make me*.

F!Marisa: .....

G!Reimu: ...good grief. It really does come down to me, doesn't it? Whatever. I'll handle this quickly.

G!Reimu: Handling unruly people is something I happen to be good at.
