I believe fics, headcanons, and fanart are all fine, so long as you aren’t claiming the works, characters, etc. as your own and are using it in an educational, transformative, etc. way. I’m no expert, though!

it's very late so excuse my incoherent ramblings but ahem childe tkl hcs:

Loves tickling in general, whether he's the one doing the tickling, or receiving tickles

Since he normally uses a hydro vision, he's not totally used to his electro delusion and the tingles it sends through his body. The reason he has his mask on during his boss fight is not to look intimidating, but to hide the smile on his face because his own electro delusion is tickling him

When his magical girl Foul Legacy transformation comes to an end, not only is he physically weak, but his sensitivity jumps as a results, making him an easy tickle target for the traveler once the boss fight is over

He likes being tickled himself, but has a hard time conveying that, so he must do it in the roundabout way as possible, like provoking someone into a tickle fight just to be tickled back or the size of his tummy window might be slightly bigger than normal one day..

Have you ever noticed the little hearts on the undersides of his gloves? He likes to tell his lees that he's "wrecking them with love"

I'm a huge Chili shipper, so excuse me for including this one, but whenever Childe gets bored or impatient (happens a lot), he gets antsy and starts bouncing his leg. I'm Asian and most of my friends are Asian and I know for all of us, shaking our leg was seen as a bad thing by our families, so what if it's the same thing in Liyue and whenever Zhongli is sitting next to Childe and he sees him shaking his leg, he'll just place a hand on the offending leg and just squeeze it if Childe doesn't stop, which obviously tickles and Childe's leg jerks in response
