( ID : Three of the same flag next to each other , the flag has a total of 6 stripes, from the top two stripes of light yellow transition into white , through 3 more stripes a light blue fades in , the colors of the flag are very fair . The first flag has a blindness symbol atop it in light blue , it is a eye with a line crossed through it , on the left side of the line the eye is hatched out , the second flag doesnt have any symbol , the third flag has the same symbol but in black End ID )

Color meaning : Light yellow : Representing sunlight hitting snow and reflecting off it ( which is what causes snow blindness ) Light blue : Representing the freezing cold that snow brings with it , it also resembles an ice sheet that reflects in sunlight

This entire flag is a take on the TransBlind flag , which is very similar to this flag !
