Burlington County Offering Free Christmas Tree Recycling at Resource Recovery Complex

Burlington County offers free Christmas tree recycling at the Resource Recovery Complex, located at 22000 Burlington-Columbus Road in Florence. The “Treecycle” service is available Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM and Saturdays from 7 AM to noon. Residents are encouraged to remove all decorations and lights before recycling. Here’s a Cuban Mahogany Entertainment Console that was delivered a few weeks ago. Similar to the Cuban Mahogany dining table from a while back, I wish everyone could see this one in person. The details of the wood grain and curl are just incredible. The custom design here features a live edge slab, splayed legs and push to open door and drawer hardware. It’s a pleasure and privilege to work with #cubanmahogany as it is not common or available in most of the world. We’re lucky to have some of it here on Oahu. Spring Is In The Air

It’s been a long and gloomy winter (at least here in NJ) but Treecyler is coming out of hibernation to gear up for the busy planting season ahead. With over a million seedlings pledged, 2016 was a record setting year. Thanks to our brand partners and all of the people who participated across the country, our reforestation partners have their work cut out for them. Normally we collect Christmas trees after the 25th but this year we will not be. This year we don't have a vehicle suitable for collecting, plus we are still drying out last year's 40+ trees, for which we are extremely grateful. Instead, we recommend donating to St Giles Hospice for a small fee.
