Holiday Mornings🍾🍋 This is my riff on a drink I had a few years ago @neptuneoyster in Boston, MA. Take Homemade Lemondade.. We have made it before but depending on amount of juice per lemon for a quart mason jar use about half a cup of lemon juice and sugar to taste. I use between half and 3/4 cup sugar and the rest is just water! I always leave one lemon to float. Love the oils from the lemon skin! DO NOT MAKE BULK! Take your champagne flute put 1oz of the lemonade in the bottom of flute and then fill with champagne. Serve. It's wonderful with anything salty like oysters or lobster or crab! ! For brunch, make some lobster rolls or crab cakes! Serve with some thick-cut French fries with Tripping Vittles Bourbon Barrel Flake Salt and aioli. Enjoy you holiday!
