Day 5...of #allinhandstand and it was called #jumpinglikeazebra. Lol I'm pretty sure zebras are more graceful. Started with #hastapadangusthasana and kept core tight..bent at waist..looked at back wall..not down..releve' and hopped up to handstand with leg bent...repeated 5 times and then switched sides..then repeated both sides again. Lil by lil I'm at least becoming more comfortable and trying to remember what works and what doesn't.
