Day 4 of #practicepracticepractice #foundation of my yoga practice. I began yoga several years ago...as part of my fitness regime.. I became more serious about it a couple years ago...to challenge myself. Recently I have really let the whole "big idea" of yoga..reflect in my life. Bc what I put out there reflects back into every aspect of my life. If I want my life to reflect peace...less stress, more serenity...I have to put that out there. If I want more peace in my practice...I need to bring that into my practice. What I bring...I reflect.
