Slipping Dress Recolor - yandereplumsim Regency Pallete - Sims 2

27 new colours of my old Slipping dress. Uses the Regency color pallete by @yandereplumsim (I know they are working on actions atm, I just used the colours as hex codes, so this set probably won't match anyones future color-actioned recolors...). Each dress is paired with brown heels, same as default mesh.

VVQB'S Default Skintone 2025

Okay so these are just these skins I did a good three years ago with the following changes:

Stripped it down to the essentials - S1-4, a pale swatch, and a darker swatch

Retained S0, S1, S4, and S5 skintone colors

Replaced S2 with the S2.5 tone from @serabiet's original skins and made the face changes the same as the edits I did of io's skins

Made S3 a little lighter than my old default, but still darker than standard Maxis. The previous s3 made blonde eyebrows disappear too much

Changed the alien skintone from green to mint [including the blue gums and tongue]

Added teeth from @microscotch's woohoo on the beach redux

added the tongue texture from @sixfootsims's moonfruit skinblend

Eye texture is also from io

The file contains

S1-S4 defaults

a pale skintone loosely based on trapping’s pale dust swatch, uses the same file as the 2021 version of this skin

a darker skintone based on the Castaway Stories dark skintone (uses the same package as Jawusa's edit)

an alien default, and a mannequin default.

I tend to use overlays for my other supernaturals so no defaults for the other types, but I will do a genie default once I get my eye defaults sorted

JDSS - Future Ghost Eyes

Hullo! About a month ago I was super hyperfocused on sims 2, but that kinda faded before I managed to actually get these previews finished (I wanted to add text and stuff to make em look Fancy) and executive dysfunction then got in the way... So Imma just throw these out there.

The name comes from the fact that I used the sims 4 colour palette for the custom eye colours, and the highlight style used to be popular a few years ago in the sims 4 space, so its like... Inspired from several different sims eras all mixed up. So, it comes with:

Defaults (plus alien)

Custom versions of the default colours - which you don't need if you use the defaults

And 20 custom colours inspired by the sims 4 eye colour palette, including a falien swatch (do we still call them that?)

I have no idea how to make things gen/town, so just custom and defaults for now. Enjoy!

Undercut Mohawk (4t2) for Male Teens

Heya!

This is a conversion of the Undercut Mohawk hair from "The Sims 4: Island Living" to The Sims 2, although with the textures edited a bit.

Unlike the original hair, where the sides are somewhat shaved, this version has hair on the sides. This was achieved by copying and pasting the hair texture on top of itself several times, "growing" the shaved hair. This came about because I was unable to properly fit the shaved version into the TS2 head mesh. It looked weird.

The hair is available only for male teens, and features the four basic colours. To install, simply drop the folder into your TS2 Downloads folder.

Tamarack River Estate | Sims 2 House Download

This spacious country home is built on a 4x3 lot, and features 3+ bedrooms and 4 baths. It's lightly furnished and ready for you to move in to your rural, yet up-scale, sim neighborhoods.

Here's the back of the home: There's a porch for relaxing on, and at the end of the lot, a small pool.

You might have noticed that nice white wood fence in the picture of the back of the lot. This is a Maxis "Lost and Found" texture that Huge Lunatic at Mod the Sims found and assembled into a working fence! Since it's something Maxis included buried in the game files I don't really consider it custom content, but you might, so I've given you the option of downloading it further down in the post.

Here's the floor plan:

1st Floor: Clockwise from bottom left: Hobby studio, family room, laundry room, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, office, living room, and entryway.

2nd Floor: Clockwise from bottom left: Kids bedroom 1, kids bedroom 2, bathroom, master bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom, work out space (could be converted into an optional 4th bedroom), bonus/play room, and bathroom.

I’ve run this home through the Lot Compressor so any random references to sims that aren’t there should be removed. I have also run this lot through the Lot Cleaner to remove any bits of buggy code. This lot comes with a shiny custom thumbnail so it has even more curb appeal in your Lots and Houses bin! 😄

This home has 3 pieces of CC, which you may already have in your game. These can easily be replaced or omitted if you don’t want them though.

So, um, hi. Believe it or not but this is my first ever post on Tumblr. I am here to share my custom TS2 neighborhood - first of many to come, I hope.

This is the very first neighborhood I have ever created for other people so some mistakes are bound to be there. Still, it was very heavily playtested by my dear and amazing sister Julia and I made a lot of improvements based on her feedback. I love her so much and I would never make this if it wasn't for her.

Several decades ago, the residents of Strange Woods woke up, not remembering who they were or where they came from. Although many years have passed, they all seem to belong to a different world. Unfortunately, there is no going back to those days and they must build their lives in this strange place. Will they manage to find happiness, or, entangled in scandals, will they bring disaster upon themselves?

Ten playable families, custom townies, custom community lots. All builds made by me, all sims made with custom sliders and/or born in-game.

Every family includes some drama - if you love scandals, affairs and family secrets - this neighborhood is for you!

Edited to add: all families start on Monday around 9 am. This may mean they're missing school/work. I'm sorry for the inconvenience but you can still send them there late.

There's loooots of easter eggs, all residents and some townies have bios, some lots have hidden secrets - try to uncover them all!

This neighborhood is CC-free but some townies have hair/clothes from TS2 Store. If you don't want to download that, no worries - it will just be randomly replaced. It shouldn't affect the game in any way.

You don't need any mods to play this hood but I recommend getting some population controlling mods to make sure you can take advantage of the custom townies shipped with Strange Woods.

The neighborhood was created in Polish and then translated - there may be some mistakes or something I missed and left in Polish. I apologize if it happened. Please let me know if you find that so I can fix and update.

There's definitely some content from the Ikea pack. I can't really tell how much so I recommend having it installed. It still should be playable without it tho but you may need to replace some stuff.

Hej! Wierzcie lub nie, ale to mój pierwszy post na Tumblrze ever. Chcę podzielić się moim otoczeniem do TS2 - pierwszym z wielu, mam nadzieję.

To pierwsze otoczenie, jakie kiedykolwiek stworzyłam dla innych ludzi, więc na pewno znajdzie się kilka błędów. Mimo to, zostało ono bardzo dokładnie przetestowane przez moją kochaną i niesamowitą siostrę Julię i wprowadziłam wiele ulepszeń na podstawie jej feedbacku. Bardzo ją kocham i nigdy by mi się nie udało tego dokończyć, gdyby nie ona.

Kilkadziesiąt lat temu mieszkańcy Dziwnego Boru obudzili sie, nie pamiętając, kim są ani skąd się wzięli. Choć minęło wiele lat, każdy z nich wydaje się należeć do innego świata. Edit: wszystkie rodziny zaczynają w poniedziałek ok. 9 rano. To oznacza, że niektórzy opuszczają szkołę/pracę. Przepraszam, jeśli sprawi to kłopot, ale można ich posłać później.

W mieście jest ogrom easter eggów, wszyscy mieszkańcy i niektórzy townie mają biografie, niektóre parcele mają specjalne sekrety - mam nadzieję, że odkryjesz je wszystkie!

Nie ma tu żadnego CC, ale niektórzy townie mają włosy/ubrania ze store TS2. Jeśli nie masz ochoty go pobierać, to nie ma sprawy - brakujące elementy zostaną to po prostu losowo zastąpione przez grę. Nie powinno to mieć żadnego wpływu na grywalność.

Nie potrzeba żadnych modów, żeby grać w tym otoczeniu, ale polecam zainstalować coś kontrolującego populację, żeby m��c wykorzystać w pełni customowych townies z Dziwnego Boru.

Jeśli wolisz grać po angielsku - nie ma problemu, ale chcę zaznaczyć, że simowie mają różne imiona i nazwiska między wersjami, a otoczenie było tworzone po polsku, więc mogą pojawić się błędy lub braki w tłumaczeniu, za co przepraszam.

Zdecydowanie użyłam jakiejś zawartości z Ikei. Nie potrafię powiedzieć ile, więc zalecam posiadanie go. Nie powinno być problemu z grywalnością bez tego pakietu, ale może być konieczna wymiana niektórych rzeczy.

And here's part 2 of my default revamp. A redux of my old Waveform eyes with new textures and an updated sclera. I didn't do more colors this time as I don't really use a lot of eye colors except for a hazel and a darker brown.

Iris textures are from io (@serabiet) from her most recent edit of mouseyblue's leftover eyes, which I recolored to my preference.

Sclera is a blend of the original sclera texture in io's files, plus I believe Ephemera + the animation-friendly Pooklet sclera edit by @virtualpeople. I've added the texture file of the sclera itself in case you want to re-sclera your own textures.

As this is for my personal use, I recolored the 5 default swatches, the alien swatch, and the two additional colors from @moonfairesims's maxis but better eyes as I already had townies who use these eye colors.
