Sims 2 UltraWide CAS Fix (My first-ever mod!!)

Hello, simblr community!! This is my first-ever post!! And to kick things off I want to post my first ever mod!

Hey you guys!! This is my first ever mod/fix and I'm excited to show you guys it. As you can tell by the title it fixes the Sims 2 CAS screen for ultrawide monitors. As shown in pictures every age group of sims have a fix for their respective CAS screen.

IMPORTANT: - CAS FIX DOESN'T WORK FOR CREATING PETS!!! It only fixes the CAS screen for actual sims. (I'm trying to figure out how to edit the dog/cat CAS screen so expect an update on that soon!!) - YOU NEED THE WIDESCREEN CAS WITH MORE COLUMNS MOD BY CHRIS HATCH FOR THIS CAN WORK!! Where do I place this file? - Go to documents>Sims 2 Ultimate Collection>Cameras - backup your current CASCamera file - Drop/extract the new CASCamera file in the respective folder!! - And done!!! Let me know if you have any issues!!

Morlanthia. Vassian. First generation.

A little about Amanda Vassian.

Locked in the isolation ward, she soon felt the unbearable weight of loneliness. Missing her friends, the past, and lively human contact, she imperceptibly began to feel good about the soldiers who visited her once a week, inquiring about her condition. Although the girl grew physically stronger, her fate was sealed, the authorities deciding to keep her within four walls until she was eighteen. This confined life, filled with silence and lack of freedom, suffocated the girl, but she tried not to despair and hope to meet with the familiar world. Often she went out of the cabin and looked up into the clear blue sky. Amanda liked to think that the same sky was now over Simerica.

I'm baaaaaack, does anyone care? hahah if so, here's a summary of what happened: I lost all the neighborhoods I created because I was an idiot (I still am, but oh well), so I couldn't get back into the game, I was tired of having to deal with this annoyingly wonderful game… so I started playing only the sims 4, but oh man, I started getting frustrated with it… because of the updates and having to go after every mod I downloaded… anyway, I came back and now I'm here, really hoping to stay! Also, the only thing I like more about ts4 than ts2 is the hair, I always loved the clay hair, but I thought only alpha hair had physics and that's something I LOVE about sims 2! I recently found out that the clay hair can also have movement, so I'm slowly turning ts2 into ts4 lol

4t2 Caspian Skirt - Mesh Edit!

Phew have I learned a lot with this project!

This is a mesh edit of @platinumaspiration's 4t2 conversion of the Caspian Skirt, made by @oydis for Sims 4.

Firstly I'd like to express my gratitude to @digisims2, @platinumaspiration and @shastakiss for their wonderful support. You are so patient with me and are always happy to teach me new things and answer my questions. Thank you!

Now, down to business.

AF + TF. Bottom only. All morphs included! 12 colours each: a couple originals and a bunch from me.

I'm aware that the teen conversion is not perfect - it has some very minor misalignment on the waist, and a little annoying 'split' in the bottom front hem that I cbf getting rid of, but to me they aren't overly noticeable. I may fix it one day.

Polycount: AF 2101 polys | TF 2039 polys

Files are labeled clearly and descriptively and the matching swatch is included. Please let me know if there are any problems, and feel free to show me your sims enjoying their new skirts! Files are compressorized :)

I need some help y’all. For weeks now I’ve been trying to find this specific TS4 Realm of Magic hair converted for TS2, because I just love it. I can’t find it ANYWHERE. And it’s driving me insane because you’d think someone did something like this as there are so many 4t2 conversions. I even tried making my own conversion, but it’s the first time I tried and I’m just not experienced enough so I just got to a certain point where I couldn’t do anything else, because I was so confused. I was close though, I think. If anyone knows where to find this hair, I’d be so happy because I’m really in love with the aesthetic of this hair, I just love it sm, and I’d love to have it for ts2.

The Armont family. First generation. Week Two

Morlanthia's conservative authorities had long ago enacted a law requiring city officials to put homeless teenagers and widows/widowers with children into mixed housing until the men settled down in life, the women remarried, and the single children grew up. Optimists called this place a community, pessimists a colony, but one thing was clear: no one was going to be nice to loners who could, at least in theory, light the fires of rebellion.

Pregnant Eva and her two daughters were moved into one of these houses. Bianca was still living there, waiting to come of age, and she began to help Eva with the children. Together they persuaded the soldiers to equip the nursery, put new beds, fix the broken plumbing, and they lived peacefully and quietly.

With Bianca they knew each other from their work at the scientific institute, which made communication more lively and cheerful.

Julia's sixth birthday crept up imperceptibly in such an atmosphere, and soon she was to go to school and learn that her father was a criminal, her mother was a psychopath, and all those who had come to Morlantia voluntarily were potential enemies of the Morlantian people who could not be let out of the country.

- Mom, is school going to be fun? - she asked Eva.

She pretended not to hear the question.

- Very fun, honey,” Bianca said, helping her friend out. - It's hilarious. You'll laugh till you cry at every recess.

She added, before the girl could hear the poisonous sarcasm:

- Let's go and read a book about a bear.

And after reading, Bianca skillfully curled the child's brown hair with wavy strands.

Sean eventually reconciled with his grandfather. And his grandfather taught him the basics of self-defense. But… As soon as it got dark and Victor dozed off, Sean pretended to get ready for bed. And he ran off to a night out with Lillian.

Shawn Armont, you are hereby administratively penalized for violating curfew with forty-eight hours of community service.

Am I free to go?

Yes. You may go. You'll get your instructions later. Grinning, Sean left the courtroom. He had been in this Montlantic city for a short time, but he already couldn't stand it. His heart clenched at the thought that he would have to spend the rest of his life here! And even more, the teenager despised the grandfather who had brought him here. He took the bus home. Sneaking back in quietly, like a thief, he heard the noise of the television and quickly ate the leftover pancakes forgotten on the stove. Then he slipped into the empty bedroom to fall asleep there. Victor Armont, meanwhile, slept in the living room, on the couch. He realized that his grandson had run off somewhere, but he didn't know where to look for him. So he just dozed off in front of the TV. And he left the pancakes out in case Sean came in hungry. In the morning, the loudest argument ever between a grandfather and his grandson took place.

You! Stupid puppy! What do I have to do to get it into your head: Stay home!

You stay home! Wither away in front of your TV, you old stump!

Oh, you! But it didn't come to a fight. At some point Victor saw that in front of him stood not a confused fourteen-year-old boy, but a seventeen-year-old guy, almost a man. He stepped back and sighed, lowering his head.

Okay, Shawn. I got angry for nothing. He tried to hug his grandson, but he pulled away.

Get away from me! You can't lock me out of the house!

A cold, dim light poured from the ceiling. Even with his eyes closed, it made it hard to sleep, but they kept it on even at night. But Sean was dozing in his bunk, and he heard soft footsteps right away. Cautiously turned on his back, opened his eyes. A young woman in a cotton jacket and pants stood in the doorway, looking at him with curiosity.

Sean Armont, you have violated two administrative laws.

I'm not interested.

You'll be taken to court in 24 hours. You'll be assigned an attorney.

Fuck you. You have no lawyers, no integrity, no rights. Ciara Dean left. The young man grimaced and continued to doze.

A fireman burst into the Armontovs' house. He was very surprised, as the area was considered uninhabited, and clearly made a point to report it to the police and military. His job was done and he ran away before Mr. Armont decided to kill him.

The pasta's burned,” Sean reported. - But everything else is intact.

The pasta. - mumbled the old man, distraught. - We burned ourselves! We're about to be captured!

Or maybe not?

Get out of my sight! Sean shrugged his shoulders. He took it all rather lightly and didn't understand why his grandfather was nervous. After all, they had been seen by passersby on the streets while the cab was taking them home. Even the cab driver might have remembered. They weren't that good at hiding. So the guy found a strange drink in the fridge, either juice or soda, and had a little refreshment. Then decided to practice in front of the TV. Meanwhile, Mr. Victor Armont cried bitterly, locked himself in his room, out of despair.
