Nasi Ikan Jimbaran, on this menu featuring ikan kembung, which is grilled Rastrelliger mackerel with sambal matah and rice. Jimbaran is name of popular beach in Kuta Selatan, Bali, Indonesia, as place to eat with romantic settings.

The American Girl Club (Historical Edition) – Sims 4

Inspired by the American Girls Virtual Museum, we have a mansion hangout for all the Historical American Girl Dolls! Each doll (except the best friends, who hang out with their besties ofc) has their own little hangout area, based on the Virtual Museum if possible. The house is fully functional with four bathrooms, a kitchen, and a bed for each doll (incl. best friends) in the attic slumber party room!

Notes:

There is a lot of CC from @historicalfictionsims​‘s AG Drive– all used are listed under the cut.

Meant for a 50x40 lot. Pictures are from Del Sol Valley.

Riverview Water Treatment Unit

Description:

Even with green water, sims still find this ponds attractive and like to swim in there. Let's hope they will not caught any desease from this water. (Perfect to place it on Riverview Industrial Drive, 107 between abandoned house and Science Institute rabbit holes)

Features:

This lot is sharing all the same features as those that take place in Riverview swim club. I just made it suitable for pool parties when added a small bar, grill with picnic table and some diving boards that camouflaged to branch of clarifier (that are fully functional).

Have used some CC for this buildings I recommend you but they are optionally to install

I used just "No fishing" sign here from all CC that comes with TS3 Store Riverview.

General tips to place and use the lot:

Extract zip. file to your C:\Users\...\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library folder

For Riverview all is simple - choose it from your library in game and place it on Industrial Drive, 107.

24x24 lot size makes it suitable for place on plain 25x25 surface at any other neigborhood.

I decided to combine parts of Sarahpurple12’s and LilSimsie’s for my challenge.

Not So Berry Legacy Challenge Do you like the rainbow? Do you like the idea of playing with berry Sims but hate berry Sims? Do you even know what berry Sims are?
