Premium Deluxe Motorsport is originally a car dealership from GTA V and GTA Online, owned by Simeon Yetarian, and is the second build of our GTA to Sims 4 series - which I built way back in February but didn't release because I didn't feel like it.

This build was created using alpha CC - which most of them we created ourselves, because the cc needed for this build to make it an exact replica of the Grand Theft Auto version were impossible to find.

The exterior back area isn't 100% accurate due to lack of space but as you can see in the video it has around a 95% accuracy which is pretty good for TS4.

1. What is the first sims game you ever played?

The Sims (2001)

2. What is the first sims game you bought?

The Sims 2, I think? I also remember buying The Urbz, but I can’t remember if it was before/after getting the Sims 2. My brother was the one who actually purchased TS1 for us to play, so I think I owe my obsession to him haha.

3. What is the last sims game you bought?

 The Sims 4: StrangerVille 👽

4. What sims game are you currently playing?

I’m playing my Trevor Philips save in StrangerVille~

5. What is your favourite world?

In TS4, it’s probably between StrangerVille (the lighting is w-o-w) and Windenburg, maybe. An honorable mention goes to Del Sol Valley because if you explore the suburban area, the houses in the neighborhood are so cute (lame for being unplayable) and remind me of Los Santos. 

In TS3, I remember liking Sunlit Tides and also the CC world, Angel City (also for being a Los Santos inspired city). Before my laptop with TS3 broke, I started using Boroughsburg but didn’t get the chance to fully explore it. :’(

6. Who is your favourite pre-made family?

Honestly, I don’t know if I have one LOL. I always made my own sims instead of using the premades. Maybe Goth/Bella Goth but there’s someone I’m probably not remembering haha.

7. What packs do you wish you had in your game?

I just have a few that I need to complete my collection in TS4! I don’t own Vampires/Spooky Stuff though because I’ve never really been a fan of occult type content!

8. Who is your favourite sim you made?

Adonis Grey, hands down. I haven’t opened TS3 in a long time, but he holds a special place in my heart. Recently, Trevor Philips. ;)

9. How many years have you been playing the sims?

Oh gosh, I don’t know, I suppose 15-16 years? Maybe more, I’m not sure haha.

10. When did you start your simblr?

August 2013! Wow, it feels like it been forever.
