Renovated the Hecking's home in Brindleton Bay; I took what was already there & made it bigger! 3bed, 3ba & plenty of creature comforts! (For the furry friends of course!) No custom content, just packs & kits! (Including the new book nook kit, but for some reason it's not tagged properly in my game so it looks like a part of the base game in BB when it's not! Peacemaker’s Wainscoting Add Ons

If you’ve followed me for a minute, then you know I have a deep love of Peacemaker’s creations. His wainscoting is no different, I use it a LOT. Sometimes I put it on a wall and it just looks pfft, it needs a bit of pizazz. So I made 20 custom wallpapers specially for use under his wainscoting. Don’t fret, I have done the matching wall paints, too, they follow each pattern. All swatch icons are pictures of the patterns and the wainscoting swatch I have colour matched it to. All wall heights are included. Hopefully I have made these easy enough for you to use. You can see all the swatches on my patreon here.

Please don’t forget to grab his wainscoting, you can find it here, without it this will just look like some oddly placed patterns on a wall.

Barbie Dreamhouse Chandelier in my Barbie Pink Recolors

From my Updated Barbie “Life in the Dreamhouse” (available in Gallery, ID: Wilcat74). I’ve recolored some TS4 game objects in Barbie Pink! Part of a series of recolors to fit my Barbie Dreamhouse.

🧁EP03 Desk Add-ons🧁

Mesh edits of the single-tile desk from City Living. Yup.

I removed the little books on the shelves and added additional slots for your cluttering pleasure. I also made a wider two-tile version as well. As for the single-tile, I made a base game-compatible standalone version and a version that overrides the original mesh, which requires City Living, of course.

I recommend just downloading one version of the single-tile desk or the other. You can have both in game...but I don't know why would you. But I can't tell you how to play your game. You do you, babey!

Have all LODs and are lower-poly since I deleted the books

The two-tile costs 600 Simoleons and the single-tile is still 300 Simoleons. Found in the same location as the original desk. By Room: Study->Desks; By Object Category: Surfaces->Desks

Leaves Wallpaper Kits Series (pt. 1)

Continuing on with my never ending quest to make things match in my game, I give you this beautiful set of wallpapers with matching accent colours in leaf patterns. You can view all the swatches available in this kit on my patreon here.

These swatches are set up in the catalog to load top to bottom from the main pattern, so the top row will be the wallpaper pattern, row 2 under each pattern is the background colour, row 3 and 4 are the additional colours always located under each pattern and background colour. I have made the main swatches a preview picture, so you know what each pattern looks like and what colour options each comes with. I have colour coded all of the swatch icons to make it easier to find the whole set. I have honestly tried my best to make these kits as simple to use as possible, giving us builders more free time to create more houses or *shock gasp horror* actually dance with our grandchildren!!
