I've been reading Frieren Beyond Journey's End. I'm only a few chapters in, but I'm loving it. Getting to see what this world looks like after it was saved and how Frieren sees little pieces of Himmel and their party everywhere she goes is beautiful.

And I love how despite Frieren wanting to get to know mortals better, she didn't lose all of her idiosyncrasies. She is still aloof and doesn't quite understand how time passes for others, but her intentions are shown in little ways, like how she remembers everyone she met on their adventures, and especially how she always gives Fern a birthday gift even when she doesn't quite know what to give her.

Fern and Frieren's relationship has been my favorite thing about the story so far. Seeing them getting to know each other more each day is so sweet.

It's a very feel good manga and I've been loving the experience.
