It’s official, it’s a🏅 NEW WORLD RECORD 🏅 Team DarkTrio crossed the finish line a time of 35 days, 1 hour and 33 minutes on Monday 16th January, at 09:45 local Antiguan time. They have smashed the World Record for the Fastest Trio to cross the Atlantic Ocean, beating the previous record by 8 hours! Their Word Record has been officially adjudicated by @oceanrowingstats. They trained incredibly hard for this challenge and have faced huge rolling waves, marlins and even had four lost oars! Nothing could stop them getting to the finish line. They rowed into Nelson’s Dockyard in Antigua to a crowd of friends and family who were ecstatic to see them. What an incredible Race Finish! The team are rowing to raise money and awareness for The Young Minds Trust, a charity that fights for children and young people’s mental health. Mission accomplished! They’ve made it.
