4. do you do warm-ups? If so, what's your warm-up routine?

already answered (tl;dr: no) but i guess i can talk about times i have Had to do warmups! I took a fine arts class as an elective in second year and during the figure drawing workshop (which ws super fun i really enjoyed it) they had us start with 1 minute/5 minute/10 minute warm ups before we actually got into the full session. so i /am/ capable of doing warmups, it just has to be for grades ig

5. what's your ideal place/time to draw?

in the cooler months, any time of day is viable but i do tend to hit my stride in mid-late afternoon, so starting around 10am is ideal. gives me plenty of time to wake up get everything in order and get into it knowing i have the whole day ahead of me <33 summer, however, FUCKS me when it comes to my drawing schedule because right when i start getting into the groove in the late afternoon just so happens to perfectly correspond with when the sun decides Fuck You No More Drawing and starts cooking me alive in my room. so it's evening drawing into the early am during the summer :(

6. do you have any WIPs that you'd like to share?

i mean my current project being the megumi birthday angst comic means i can't share too much without risking losing the emotional impact but maybe the thumbnails of the first few panels will b ok to share??? nothing crazy happening here it's just setting the scene after all

11. how long, on average, do you spend on one piece of artwork?

between me being on a background kick and also lining things again, i've definitely tacked a few more hours onto my average :') i'll be generous and say around 6 or 7 hours
