Ichigo Kurosaki -> Gloriosa
Aside from the 13 other flowers—which are associated with each of the Soul Society’s thirteen court guard squads respectively—the Gloriosa is also pictured in Bleach’s sixteenth opening theme song. The Gloriosa is also called the glory lily, flame lily and climbing lily. It is known as Gurorioosa (グロリオサ) in Japanese. Its hanakotoba meanings are glory and bravery. In English floriography, they also symbolise passion, purity, beauty and pride. Its name is derived from the Latin word “gloriosus” which means splendid. This name was inspired by its bright, fiery colouration and majestic, wave-like petals.
The symbolism invoked by the Gloriosa not only greatly commemorates Bleach’s grand return with the TYBW arc—but also greatly complements Ichigo’s character. Ichigo’s name means to “protect one thing” and he has lived up to his name by bravely fighting in a number of glorious battles to protect those important to him.

[P.S. I didn't cover any of the other flowers featured in this opening since I feel like their meanings are common knowledge amongst the Bleach fandom already since they are the insignia of the Gotei 13... But if you guys want me to cover them properly, then I can in another post. So let me know in the comments...]

Hi! so, I'm sure you're really busy so please take your time but can you do a one-shot with Kenpachi and reader that used to know him when he was a kid then one day and would go to readers house and talk with her and eat with her, he stopped after his battle with unohana (dont think i spelled that right) then like on his way to a mission he passed by readers house saw her outside then he saw her then she saw him
sorry, this is too much if you don't like this idea then feel free to ignore have a nice day!
Aw, I love this idea!
The days seem to pass by slower and slower when Kenpachi decided to disappear. You've known each other since you were kids and he use to visit you everyday.
You practically grew up together, sharing memories and smiles over picnics in your backyard. But, the visits had stopped, many, many years ago.
Everyday, you would watch as the sun would rise and fall over the Soul Society.
The Soul Society was under attack, loud explosions coming from there and sounds of agony. You were worried about the Soul Reapers and Kenpachi.
At first, it was just days going by, then it was months and then years. You couldn't help as the worry in your heart grew even bigger. Each day you waited outside, tending to the garden outside your house.
It was evident to you that Kenpachi had to be dead. The Soul Society was rebuilt and the attacks seemed over.
You sit down in the grass, hands buried deep inside the soil. Kenpachi walks down the road, his eyes locking onto your figure. A lump starts to form in the back of his throat and he lets out a heavy sigh.
He hates to admit it to himself, but he's missed you. It's been years since he last saw you, but he can just tell that it's you. Kenny walks over to you and stands above you. Your eyebrows knit together as a shadow is casted over you.
"Hey..." a deep voice calls out from behind. Your eyes widen at the recognizable voice and you glance over your shoulder.
Kenpachi Zaraki was alive and he is towering above you, his sword slung over his shoulder. He is all grown up.
"Kenny?" your voice wobbles out, your heart slamming against your chest. You can't believe what you're seeing. Your palms are sweaty and your knees are weak.
"Long time no see," his voice grumbles out. You leap up onto your feet and throw yourself at the man. He grunts heavily as your body collides with his, arms desperately wrapping around each other.
"You're okay. You're okay," you keep on repeating, your feet dangling in the air. His large palms rest on your back, steadying you against his chest.
"Why wouldn't I be? Those idiots didn't stand a chance against me," he speaks with confidence, slowly letting you down on the ground.
Your feet hit the ground and you nod your head, eyes gazing at his face. You can't hide the huge smile across your face as his eyes meet yours.
"How about some food?" you ask and his eyes trail over to the gate leading to your background where you have plenty of food set up on the table.
A grin tugs on his face and he nods his head.

I am... So stupid...
How didn't I notice this before?
Ichigo got "stabbed" and just... Transformed!
To be more specific, he completely, one hundred percent transmutated is human Kishi body into his Shinigami Reishi body!
There was no human body falling to the floor, like usual!
And since this is a completely cannon arc, this modification in Ichigo transforming directly to his Shinigami form should either have some explanation on why this could be a one off thing, (prompted by the sheer volume of Reiatsu from all of Shinigami who donated to the blade.) or it could have remained a permanent feature for Ichigo.
Because if I'm not wrong, in the first episode of TYBW, Ichigo still left his human body behind when he took his Shinigami form, right?
Or do I need to go and rewatch it?
(Yeah... TYBW has been a one time watch for me, except episodes 7 and 8...)
