tyler sometimes thinks he was born to be a shithead to anyone and everyone who crossed his path but especially his dad

cripsin was and is a good dad, tyler is just one of those kids that always wanted to do the opposite of what he was told. if he was told to clean his room then he'd play video games and things like that

he was pretty popular in high school and because of that fell into the wrong crowd, his friends got him into drugs and because he was the popular one he could get anything he asked for essentially

he's extremely stubborn so anytime him and his dad would fight he would be the one to disappear for days without speaking to him and then reappear like nothing happened

tyler is the youngest cromwell in the family and the only synth because his parents decided they wanted one more child but wasn't able to conceive properly anymore

he loved his entire family but was arguably closest to his sister wendy

he was very happy go lucky and free spirited up until he was 13 when his dad passed from cancer and it was like he became the complete opposite of what he used to be

his attitude was the first to change, he was angry all the time, sad when he was alone etc

as he got older he snuck off to start drinking with his friends in high school to try and combat those feelings but most of the time it only made those feelings worse

tyler got into a lot of fights after their dad passed, still does to this dad because those feelings are still deep down and can resurface with just the slightest trigger

when he was 21 he went to a club/bar for the first 'legal' time and met a girl named rebel

she had a similar personality to him and hit it off, hanging out more and more often until he eventually asked her to be his girlfriend and they've been dating ever since

their love language is aggressive, most people think they're mad at each other or hate each other but calling each other dumbasses or shitheads is an endearment term for them
