Egads... my poor sweet niece @bewhole4life had a nasty stomach bug yesterday. She needed electrolytes so here you have it! This tastes so good... I’ve used it so many times. If she hadn’t been nauseated but instead stuffy, feverish and achy I would have had her add a pinch of cayenne to the blend. Homemade Electrolyte Drink 1 lemon 1 lime 1 tsp. raw honey 1 pinch sea salt 8-10 oz. filtered water . I hope no one needs this recipe but I’m a realist. I drank 3 times yesterday and managed to beat dehydration! . Hope you are all safe and well. Dear Diary

I need to write about this because when something shitty happens, you have to tell everyone you can. Or at least everyone that you are close enough with, to share shitty shits that happen. right? 

(I don’t even know if that made any sense but I’m going with it) 

Something terrible happened. Yesterday I went to volunteer at a fundraiser. At the end of it a group of people I met + myself, had a group photo taken. Ugh. 

Anyways, the photo got posted last night and I saw it. Man am I not at all decent looking enough to be on facebook. Luckily I keep my posts mostly to myself and friends and I control things I can put into my FB feed. But this was very bad, so I took extra steps to conceal this extra ugly picture of myself by allowing only myself to see photos that I am tagged in.  

However today, one of the guys I met decided that he liked the photo enough to make it into his display picture. WHYYYYYYYYYY!  WHYYYYYYYYYYYY!? 

Anyways, that is all.
