quick darkbull question: how does Daniel's retirement from F1 look? like obviously his career in F1 is much longer due to staying at Red Bull (no 2023 break/2024 forced retirement) but when he does end up leaving how would that look?

My thought is Carlos/4th seat move to Red Bull from Toro Rosso to be Max's teammate and Daniel either becomes and ambassador or work with the company to stay near Max but also because Red Bull isn't letting him go now that he knows their secrets and as long as he did nothing wrong, there's no reason to get rid of him.

your thought is correct! daniel stays very close with the team, but his overall career is longer/more successful. eventually carlos steps into that second seat, which leaves space to bring people up through toro rosso.

It's  when  @halfdent  brings  𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍  to  the  gesture  of  hers  ,  that  laugh  that  had  snuck  out  without  her  knowing  ,  causing  her  face  to  darken  to  a  light  shade  of  pink  to  betray  the  pale  almost  ghost  like  features.   Had  she  known  who  her  mother  was  …  she  would  know  her  to  be  the  one  to  give  her  those  features  ,  along  with  the  one  green  eye  she  possessed  to  pair  with  the  𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐋𝐘  icy  blue  one  on  the  other  side.   Eyes  look  down  from  him  ,  cast  now  to  her  fidgeting  hands.   There  is  was  ,  the  quick  𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐀𝐋  of  emotion  to  bring  back  the  cold  exterior  she  learned  to  be  the  safer  expression.

IT WAS VERY TYPICAL OF OLD RE-RUNS to garner either a huge audience, or none at all. the latter had occurred tonight, but chris didn't care all that much. over time, he'd developed a great connection with wet cigarettes' luanne jackson and he'd invited her tonight to see a childhood favourite of his. they didn't need a full room to break any ice between them, it had occurred long ago.

Being home should have been a RELIEF  ,  considering what had just happened.  Maybe it was a testimate to how well prepared she was thanks to BOTH of her parents … Or maybe it was just the relief that this was all ACTUALLY over. Couldn't really cause problems for someone if you were a dead man.

Maybe that was the reason for her FRUSTRATION over the tickets to Romania that had showed up the morning after arriving in New York.  She knew this was her dad  ,  & could even get behind sending her son their until things cooled down … But as much as her parents were … She was far too much of a WORKAHOLIC to be ready to take an extended trip home.  More importantly , Wade hadn't been extended an invite there yet … & she doubted he was getting fast tracked to that position.

Determined feet in heeled boots MARCHED down the hallway of the New York family estate , heading straight to where she knew he would be at.  The kitchen.  He always liked having family dinners after something like this happened. Something about remembering what was IMPORTANT.  It was something that they found set him apart from most people in his business.  This all really was for his FAMILY , & he took every opportunity to make sure they all knew that.
