how it would have felt was my first ever Carlando fic yes!! I got into Carlando as a ship in the late summer of 2021, though I started loving them as a pair earlier. What’s New? In Create A Sim, we have updated two hairstyles and have converted them to be used with Children and Toddler Sims as well.

Now onto the fixes…

Bug Fixes

Sims 4

Fixed an issue in which in the Gallery Preview pop-ups, Build Mode objects will now appear properly under the “Show Used Items” panel. Accuracy is the best policy… in this case.

We made some edits to some Career and School-related tooltips so they are consistent and clearer for Simmers.

The book cradleObject_GENBook is no longer visible to Simmers, it wasn’t meant to be… it wasn’t a pretty book. We didn’t like doing it!

Some DEBUG pie menu options including some from Discover University and Snowy Escape were translated. We didn’t translate these, well since ever… as they were DEBUG and only accessible with a specific cheat, but we are working on them as we go now. Thanks for your reports and patience!

We discovered that Sims were becoming uncomfortable when Gathering Water… we didn’t really understand why, so we decided to have them not be uncomfortable. Let them feel how they want to feel, I say.

Ghost Sims will now appear as Ghosts in CAS. There were moments that they made us take a second look there, but nope, they are Ghosts and Ghosts they shall display as. I think I saw this as a plot for a movie… Ghosts… a machine, a dance… ANYWAY.

As always this editor and the Localization team made some adjustments and perfected some of the text in-game across all packs and previous updates. #getit

Get Together

Social Panel will no longer default to the incorrect tab. What tab was I on? Now I will always know.

City Living

Vegetarian Sims will no longer mistakenly eat non-vegetarian leftovers from the refrigerator. Not funny guys!

Fixed an issue that didn’t let the DigiRAD Keyboard make a sound when choosing Keyboard Auto Play.

Cats and Dogs

Listen, I think every species – well everyone, has the right to find love. But we did have to fix an issue with Female Cats going into Heat despite being Spayed. Even so, I hope my lovely Spayed Female Felines will still find love out there.

Seasons

Oh the rain, such a poetic moment from nature. Sitting cozied up with a blanket and a cup of coffee watching the world go by with the melodious sound of the raindrops falling lightly on the ground… wait… is that a Sim showering outside? Yes indeed! Showering in the Rain is possible in Light Rain conditions.

Fish Dinner will now be counted for completing Grand Meal Holiday Events.

Similarly, Shower in the Rain has been fixed for Simmers who have installed Eco Lifestyle, making the most of every resource available!

All soaps used are biodegradable – we promise!

Snowy Escape

Create A Sim asset yfBody_EP10CoatDenim will no longer create an issue with all knee-high boots. Though those boots were made for walking, the dress needs to look fabulous too. My opinion, allegedly.

Child Sims will no longer get the Unblessed sentiment after getting Blessed at the Youth Festival. Children should only get the Unblessed sentiment if they ask Yamachan about a Voidcritter Hunt and also avoid getting the Blessing of Youth from an Adult Sim as well. #Blessed

Extreme Sports enthusiasts will now be able to complete High-Intensity Skiing or Snowboarding on Intermediate or Expert Slopes. Good luck!

Recipes from this pack will now appear when unlocking Gourmet Cooking Skill Levels. Particularly Levels 3 and 5. Yum.

Sims will no longer freeze when performing interactions from a computer in Mt. Komorebi, specifically 2-4-2 Wakabamori. I think I saw this in a movie once… but… had a less “happy ending.

Fixed an issue in which the icon for the trait Mental Magister appeared to be a Placeholder icon. Or was it?

Progressing in the Law Career will now unlock Promotions appropriately. Keep up the good work!

Eco Lifestyle

Fixed an issue in which the icon for the Making with a Mentor Moodlet was not showing the correct icon.

Eco Lifestyle-specific Traits are now added to the Clubs choices if Simmers have Get Together installed.

Collecting Beetle Nuggets will now be possible when Beetles are ready. Bon Appetit.

Veggie Dogs and Hot Dogs will be able to be roasted in Campfires once again. Iconic.

Is your Vampire Sim tired of drinking the same old regular Plasma? Are they drinking it to the point that they can no longer tell if it is Plasma anymore? Ugh, such a hard diet, right? I can relate…ahem… Vampire Sims will now enjoy a more varied diet of Fish, Frog, and yes… Regular Plasma when left to their own devices.

Tiny Living

Tiny Homes will no longer magically get clean and have Dust Bunnies disappear (if Simmers own Bust the Dust) when Sims travel or Simmers reload the game. Man, I wish my apartment would magically get clean like that though.

Nifty Knitting

Fixed an issue in which the expiration timer for items listed on Plopsy was not appearing.

Paranormal

Haunted House Residential Lots will now enjoy the presence of Dust Bunnies and Fiends if Simmers also have Bust the Dust. Dust Bunny goes Boooooo.

Bust the Dust

Your Sims had a lot of things to do today, but you know what they did instead? They Vacuumed the Lot. It was a really good clean. Cooking? Vacuumed the Lot. That Gig? Vacuumed the Lot. What about those push ups? Vacuumed the Lot. Reading? Vacuumed the Lot. Looking at this bug? We made time for that. The end of this bug? Released with this Patch. Sims will no longer randomly drop their queued tasks for Vacuuming.

I got new notebooks that I am finally using! I am starting a new bujo journal because I ran out of space on my last one. It’s like that time when you don’t have enough pages to finish something  - like sometimes I finish a study notes journal, but the school semester isn’t even over! I spent about 3 hours doing this December/Winter spread. I did a calendar spread. It was super simple and then I put a few pictures and doodles in there. Then I did a section for lists like what I want for Christmas or the different playlists that I listen to each month. On the other side, I will draw the different highlights for the month and I did a few cute doodles and a quote. For this month, the first two weeks are super busy for me so I just did a simple spread. You also could have noticed that my theme was winder/Christmas and it corresponded to my marker colours. The last picture is my weekly spread which I did super simple boxes and a to-do list with a symbols box just to make sure I knew what each symbol meant. Then I put some washi tape as decoration and did a few doodles! This month is going to be really fun and I hope you guys will enjoy it! This is just some inspiration that you can take if you are doing a bujo! Have a great day and see you next time! ;]

POLAND WHERE: Homecooked! My mother was 100% Polish and never let anyone forget that. As such, we called my grandparents on that side Babcia and Dzia-Dzia,  and our aunt was our Ciocia (which I actually thought was her real name until I was in my twenties, not knowing it's the Polish word for 'aunt'). My mother had my sister’s kids called her Babcia too when they were born to carry on that tradition. We went went to the Polish Town Fair and Festival 2021 in Riverhead, NY (we actually have quite an extensive collection of  the beer steins they had for each year). There are pictures of many of my family in their stroje ludowe, the national costumes of Poland, all girls with their streamer filled skirts. My grandparents spoke some Polish around the house, being second generation immigrants. The only phrase I ever picked up was “pluć i łapać“ which means ‘go spit and catch it’-- a familiar phrase my Babcia would use whenever one of us kids would complain about being bored. My mother cooked all the polish delicacies her mother had taught her including pierogis (potato dumplings), kielbasa (sausage), boulka (what we called fried bread of breadcrumbs mixed with egg -- the leftovers of breaded chickens), potato pancakes, ect. Not being a meat and potatoes type of girl though (and hating most sausages), I didn't really like the food that came from that side of my family. Except for the naleśniki! These thin, crepe-like (probably where I got my love of crepes from) pancakes full of jelly, sugar or cheese filling. I loved the jelly and sugar ones. The had to be made fresh, so I have a lot of memories of my mother cooking them and feeding them to me one by one, like I was a king at the head of the table. I would put sugar in them, rolling them up one by one and she would stand there, cooking them for me until I was absolutely stuffed! I even remember getting her approval for "naleśniki night" to be the next day once, so this being a very big occasion for me, I stood up at in my chair at the dinner table the night before and announced, "Hereye, hereye, big news! Wednesday is Naleśniki Night and mommy will be cooking them for us all tomorrow!" And... everyone else, not being as in love with naleśniki as I was, groaned and basically said 'whatever'. Pfft.. heathens, they just didn't understand good eats. When my mother died though, those days of cooking in the kitchen faded with her and to top it off, I lost the family recipe that she had written down somewhere. My then-fiance decided to try his hand at cooking them a few times for me and it was truly one of the sweetest things he's ever done for me. We found a similar recipe, but they don't taste exactly like my mom's naleśniki-- perhaps only because they weren't made for little kid me, in my childhood kitchen being cooked over by my mother. Anyway, when I moved out of our house, it not having worked out, I found myself on the phone with my ex-fiance and nearly squealed when I said to him, "Guess what I'm cooking right now? Or at least attempting to cook for the very first time by myself?" Without a beat, he said, "Naleśniki." "...how did you know?" I asked, confused. Could he see through the phone or something?! "Nothing else would make you that happy." I grinned. He was right. Naleśniki makes me exceptionally happy. And I can now (vaguely) cook them by myself! Not as good as my mother's obviously, but enough for the nostalgia to fill in the gaps. Naleśniki Recipe: Here! Mountain Day 2021

It was early Monday morning when I opened my eyes dreamily, fumbling for my phone to check emails as usual. "Smith Announcements: September 27, 2021: Today is Mountain Day!" The subject read. Surprised, confused, and angry, a turbulent wave of emotions washed past my head. No one expected this. Mountain Day on a Monday? We did not even have quad riot and what's worse, there is a 30% chance of rain! 

You might also be confused. What is Mountain Day anyways? Mountain Day is a cherished Smith College tradition where on the morning of an unscheduled, sunny autumn day, the president rings the bell to signal the cancellation of classes. (I heard that many other colleges in the area such as Mount Holyoke College also hold similar celebrations. Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA, where I went to high school, celebrates Hurst Day that is also like Mountain Day. I guess we aren't that original!) Students go to the President's House and get free donuts, apple cider, and Mountain Day t-shirts. Typical activities include (apple) pie baking, hiking, bike riding, and nature walks. In the normal times, college would also schedule buses to an orchard for apple picking. This year, we had apples delivered to each house. In the afternoon we had a pop up tea event on Chapin Lawn where there was more Westhampton cider and desserts such as apple spice cake and Hadley ice cream sandwiches. Yum, local food!

Now, what is quad riot? The night before Mountain Day, people have a water fight in the quad before marching to the President's House to demand Mountain Day. I was a little disappointed that Mountain Day happened this year not in the middle of the week and without quad riot. The weather was not perfect since it rained around noon. But a few drops of water could not stop us. Me and my friends went on the Paradise Pond trail. The rain magically stopped once we were in the woods and the weather cleared up. We had a fun excursion. Mountain Day 2021 did not turn out to be as bad as I thought!

   Sorako giggled to herself, “It’s good to see someone so voracious about eating food, beep boop.”

   “I can’t help myself…” Romin mumured in utter bliss. “Your ramen is so good. It really is out of this world.”

   Sorako giggled again. She could always appreciate a good alien pun but judging from how happy Romin looked - all pudgy cheeked and with her weapon of choice, a spoon firmly in hand - Sorako didn’t think it was intentional. 

   But Romin couldn’t help but think she was so lucky. She hadn’t seen Sorako in ages and that meant none of her really good Noodle Planet ramen and then bang, clang, crash. Here she was in the Kirishima family’s lounge room. She had flown through the window at pure chance but Romin took it well. Of course, now she had a lot of broken glass to explain but it was totally worth it meant that she had Sorako for company.

   “Thank you, beep boop.” Sorako said and then shrugged. “I can’t help but pity humans, beepo boop, you lot have it tough, beep boop.”

   “Huh? We do?” Romin said, perking up as she finished draining her bowl.

   “Beep, boop?!” Sorako exclaimed when she glanced at Romin’s bowl. It was completely empty, licked clean, and Sorako had only poured it out for her not too long ago.

   Yet Romin seemed totally oblivious to how Sorako’s eyes bugged and her antennae stiffened. She licked the spoon for remnants of flavour, “What do you mean?” she asked, trying to get the conversation back on track.

   “Oh, um, well human tongues aren’t quite so advanced unlike us of the Noodle Planet, beep boop.” Sorako explained. 

   “Huh.” Romin blinked.

   “I have bazillions more taste buds than humans do, beep boop. Even you, beep boop.” Sorako said.

   “Aw, gee, thanks.” Romin said and she took that observation more like a poor compliment but Sorako was largely unaffected by her lack of enthusiasm to learning such a fun fact.

   “No, problem, beep boop.” she chirped with a smile.

   Romin sighed.

   But Sorako’s happy-go-lucky expression softened. Became pitiful or sympathetic unto Romin. She exhaled a small, almost melancholy breath.

   “It’s a shame, beep boop,” she lamented, “there are so many wonderful woods in the galaxies that humans may never get to sample because their sensory organs aren’t quite so specialised, beep boop.”

   “Yeah, that does suck…” Romin lamented in agreement to Sorako.

   “Even humans have complex flavours to them that other humans can’t detect, beep boop.” Sorako said. “That makes me very sad, beep boop.”

   Romin stiffened and she raised a hand to a barrier between herself and the very foreign life form sitting beside her at the breakfast bar. Her eyebrow twitched as her heart began to hammer in her chest.

   “Y-You’re not talking about cannibalism… are you?” Romin asked defensively. “Because cannibalism is a huuuuuge no-no here.”

   “I know that, beep boop.” Sorako blinked. “But that’s eating, not licking, or tasting.... Or kissing, beep boop.”

   “O-oh, oh, you meant. Kissing. That makes a little more sense, I guess.” Romin said.

   “We are made of the same ingredients as food though, beep boop.” Sorako pointed out.

   Romin waved her hand in front of Sorako, “Stop it!” she scolded Sorako, who laughed, blase, but that just worsened the morbid curiosity that Romin had now. She exhaled shallowly and took a breath of equal depth. Somehow the allure of breaking that taboo outweighed her maidenly desire to cherish her very first kiss. If this was going to be it, so be it: it may as well happen with an alien, of all people. That would make for quite a memory, too. Romin scratched her chin and looked away from the kitchen and from Sorako before speaking in a tiny voice. “But, um, what do humans taste like? Do you know?” She shuddered. “I hear, um, I hear that like pork or like fish are common answers.”

   “I don’t know, beep boop.” Sorako told her very plainly. “But even if I did know, beep boop, the answer would look vary from me to you, beep boop.”

   “So, like, um you’ve never had a first kiss or anything like that then?” Romin asked awkwardly.

   “Nope, beep boop!” Sorako chirped rather brightly and unfazed.

   “Me too…” Romin whispered.

   “Well then that settles it, doesn’t it, beep boop?” Sorako announced.

   “Huh? It settles what?” Romin asked, a touch alarmed and it showed in her stiff body language.

   Sorako was as happy and as flappy as a wet noodle though. “We should kiss, beep boop!” she chirped.

   “Wh-What, wait, no, it’s so sudden but,” Romin rambled as Sorako looked very waitingly at her, her malachite eyes shining, innocently, and Romin licked her lips, she was curious, she had never tasted Noodle alien before, “but if you insist. It’s for the good of bettering our knowledge of the known universe after all, mm-hmm.” She spoke decisively, punctuated with a few, sharp nods. She folded her arms.

   Sorako thought she was being silly but so be it.

   But she put her hand on the marble counter, it slid forward and with it, Sorako leaned in. Romin was a little bit scared. She couldn’t help it. She stressed about this sort of thing but Sorako was a beam of serenity, even as Romin winced in anticipation as something as chaste and gentle as a kiss on the lips. She closed her eyes tightly and she waited. And she waited. And she waited and then yuck!

   Romin’s skin crawled as she felt Sorako lick a stripe up the side of her face. 

   “Yum, beep boop,” Sorako chirped, “you taste just like buttercream frosting, beep boop.”

   “Wh-What?” Romin mumbled.

   She was entirely helpless as Sorako continued to lick stripes up and down the side of her face. All but lapping her up so she could get a better taste of the bizarre and apparent sweetness that Romin, a human, a species known to be made of meat, could taste. It just simply did not compute with Romin as she blushed.

   “Wh-What, how?” Romin stammered.

   With some reluctance, Sorako pulled back but Romin still felt icky for having been licked. She shuddered as Sorako hummed in thought. She tapped the side of her face in thought as she tried to come up with a way to explain Romin’s taste back to her.

   “Noodle People have a very advanced sense of taste and there are a lot of elements in humans, known to your primitive elemental table, that have sweet tastes, beep boop. As such, beep boop, you taste very delicious, beep boop. Like a nice, big buttercream cake, beep boop. With a nice, big berry compote taste underneath that vanilla, beep boop. So good, beep boop.” Sorako rambled dreamily.

   Romin blushed. She didn’t know if she ought to be flattered or not but she was. Sorako beamed at her. 

   “May I have one more taste, please, beep boop?” she asked. She was cute as she put her hands on her knees, leaning in, her head tilted slightly to the left and with her antenna bouncing as she batted her eyelashes.

   How could Romin ever say no to such an adorable face?

   She sighed, “Sure, go ahead.” Romin said, fully expecting more licks to her face, as uncomfortable as it.

   Instead, with her expectations subverted once again, Sorako kissed her right on the lips. She gently licked over the ridges of Romin’s lips before kissing her in full. Sorako savoured the berry taste of not only the lip balm that Romin used but also of the compote that she was compiled of. Whether or not her puny little human sensory organs could detect it or not.

   It really was a delicious kiss. Eyes wide open and Romin watched, she could have gotten lost in the stars of Sorako’s eyes as she hoped to give a very human, if awkward and stilted and girlish, first kiss back to her.

   “Thank you for that, beep boop, it was really good, beep boop.” Sorako whispered to Romin as she went red in the face; Sorako smacked her lips together, pleased, as well.

   “Y-Yeah, thanks.” Romin replied, stuttering.

   And now she was thinking of the taste that Sorako had given her. It was salty and savoury but it was super, duper delicious as well. She could only have envy for the aliens who experienced such out-of-this-world tastes and flavours as she let it settle on her lips kissed for the first time.

Trying Something A Little Different ~ Universal Yums~ Spain Box Day 1

Instead of a video where myself and my husband unbox and gorge ourselves on close to 20-different treats in one sitting; we are doing something a little different this time around. Both of us want to avoid the sugar crashes that we have been experiencing with a one-and-done sitting. We are going to spread it out over multiple days and only try a couple treats at a time. Sadly, no video with this one as we are just testing the waters with this new method and just seeing how we like it. If we do, then we will work out the video aspect next!

Taking a trip to Spain, without leaving the comforts of our own home! Not going to bore you with statistics or interesting trivia in this one. Those will be saved for videos. Here we will just jump right into things and start with the snacks! Some of them sound amazing, some of them look amazing and then there’s the ones that I can not partake in due to my tree-nut allergy. This month was a grand total of 3-snacks that my husband will be partaking in by himself. The first day does not include any of those- so it will be a good day.

Snack #1- Spicy Mango Gummies

Honestly, not something I expected right off the bat. Seriously, how does spicy and mangos go together? I normally do not think of anything spicy and immediately think of fruit. A spiced gummy on the other hand, I can see.

Observation:

Smelled sweet, not exactly the smell of a typical mango- just smelled sweet.

Orange in color just like when cutting into a mango. Except you could see little flakes of red throughout the gummy. This must be where it gets its “spicy” from.

It is even shaped like a mango. Or if you dabble in a lot of Japanese Anime, Japanese mythology and Japanese History like I do- they resemble little magatamas in shape.

Squishy like a gummy. On the softer end of the gummy scale and not hard at least to the touch.

Taste:

Very lite in the mango flavor department. Tongue is briefly graced with a splash of mango before the spice kicks in.

Intense heat

Spice hits very fast and gets more intense as you chew it.

Still a very soft and chewy gummy. Good texture for having more spiciness then sweetness.

Spiciness reminds me of the same flavoring used in Flamin’ Hot Cheetos- has that exact level of intensity.

No identification in the ingredients as to what the “spice” actually was. All it states is, “natural & artificial flavors.”

Overall:

Not bad if you like spicy food and lingering heat intensity in your mouth. Was not for me- one meh vote given.

Husband loved them- but he likes food on a spicier level then I do- one liked vote given.

If you like your gummies with a little bit of sweetness and A LOT of heat, you will enjoy!

Snack #2- Lemon & Black Pepper Chips

Moving on from something sweet and spicy to a Spanish crisp. I do love me some crisp/chips. We basically have a lemon-pepper flavoring. Nothing I haven’t seen before. Or haven’t tried before. Another countries' crate came with a similar crisp not too long ago. May have a similar flavor.

Observation:

No special smell. Smells like a bag of potato chips.

Looks like your typical thin-style potato chip.

Bright lemony color to the chip with small black pepper flakes

Little more on the oily side, then some of the other international chips we have gotten.

Taste:

Very lite in pepper flavor.

Has a lemon zest that lingers in your mouth afterward.

Hardly taste any of the pepper. Get more lemon mixed with a potato flavor then anything.

Has your typical thin-chip crunch.

Overall:

Good for a snacking chip.

I enjoyed the zing of the lemon and the faint pepper flavor- will gladly finish off the bag- given a like vote.

Husband said they were interesting but nothing something he would go out of his way to eat again- still given a like vote.

If you are someone who enjoys a different flavor of potato chip and want something that is not overpowering in flavor- this may be a good one for you.

Or if you are someone who just enjoys lemon flavoring, this is one for you.

Snack #3- Fried Bacon & Cheese Crisps

You had me at bacon and you had me at crisps. Just from looking at the bag, they look like the Spanish take on Bugles. These better not disappoint!

Observation:

Look exactly like Bugles. Same cone shape.

Still can’t fit this on my finger. Picture is a lie!

Has a heavy orange powder coating the cone. Almost looks like the same cheese powder that is used on the Cheesy Chex-Mix.

Smells exactly like a Bugle. Does not smell like your typical corn chip.

Taste:

WHERE’S THE BACON?!?!

Taste more of the cheese and the corn cone then anything else.

Tastes exactly like the cheese-flavored Bugles you can get here. Also tastes like the same cheese powder you get on the Cheesy Chex-Mix.

WHERE’S THE BACON FLAVOR?!?!?!?! Artificial bacon bits have more flavor than this (and those things are gross!).

Overall:

I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO disappointed. I tasted absolutely NO bacon at all.

Cheese is overpowering, which still doesn’t make them bad. Still tastes pretty good.

Despite being a big disappointment- I will still finish off the bag- gave it a meh vote for lacking the bacon flavor department.

Husband no likely at all gave it a frown face vote.

If you like Bugles…...or if you LOVE Bugles then you will love these.

If you love bacon and are expecting bacon flavor….these are not the snacks you are looking for.

I.              Executive Summary

Fast-food is a staple in any country or city. As what the name implies, it is served fast to accommodate those who are in for a quick but fulfilling meal. In the local scene, there is one fast-food chain that dominates the market, even beating other chains that are more popular internationally. This fast-food chain is called Jollibee, it even comes with its own mascot called by the same name as the company.

Jollibee is a multinational fast-food chain under Jollibee Food Corporation that operates over a thousand branches nationwide and has recently opened branches internationally. The fast-food chain currently operates in at least 30 countries; some of these are the US, Canada, Hongkong, UK, Vietnam, Singapore, and Saudi Arabia. They serve quality food for a cheap price that is sure to be affordable for everyone, from the budget-bound student to the well-off businessman. A few examples of the food they serve is the famous “Chicken Joy”, the “Yumburger”, the “Jolly Spaghetti”, burger steaks, desserts, and some breakfast meals like beef tapa and longanisa. They also offer delivery services to bring your favorite meals directly to your homes. The chain was started by Tony Tan Caktiong who began his journey by acquiring franchises of an ice cream company and then going on to start his own restaurant brand. The vision of Jollibee is to be a world-renowned fast-food restaurant chain and be a top competitor in the global food industry. The Mission is to serve affordable meals to the community, promote Filipino food, bring pride to the Philippines, and serve quality food that patrons are sure to enjoy.

Whenever we hear of birthdays or special occasions, selecting a venue for the party to be held is a must, and we cannot miss out on having Jollibee as our caterer for the event especially for a children’s party. We grew up loving the fried chicken dubbed the “Chickenjoy” that Jollibee serves, and it is now being recognized across the globe.  

The History of Jollibee

Tony Tan Caktiong, the owner of Jollibee Food Corporation, graduated from University of Santo Tomas with a degree of Chemical Engineering. His parents took the whole family and emigrated from Southeast China. They settled in Davao where they opened a restaurant. A trip to an ice cream plant when he was 22 inspired him to pursue a Magnolia Dairy Ice Cream franchise and he opened two—one in Cubao and another in Quiapo—using P350,000 of his family’s savings.            Internal Factor Evaluation is a tool to determine how a business carries out its internal auditing. This tool can be used to utilize several areas of a business that contains marketing, finance, resources, and many more. An IFE’s purpose is to analyze the strength and weakness of a firm and its major inadequacies. In this case, Jollibee is currently dominating the industry and is known as a global market lender in the Philippines.

Threat of New Entrants:

           The profitability is high, having plans to open 450 stores all over the world this year despite last year’s set back. This is because of how strong their brand loyalty and identification are. Although a rising star in their field would be the Yum! Brands RSC. Having heavy hitters such as KFC and Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell.

Threats of Substitute Products:

           Having been in lockdown for quite some time there are a lot of fast-food chains trying to dethrone Jollibee. Jollibee may be the largest fast-food chain in the Philippines, but that does not mean other competitors cannot catch up. There are plenty of other fast-food chains that can serve the same type of food and service.

Bargaining Power of Suppliers:

There are plenty of suppliers in the market ready to give out their products for huge restaurants like Jollibee. This is because Jollibee purchases huge quantities of stock for all their franchises. It is a well-known brand that could possibly attract more consumers to them as well.

Bargaining Power of Buyers:

           The ongoing lockdown in the country has pushed more people into ordering food online or takeout for food. Consumers are now encouraged to stay home to keep safe and to only go out when needed. So, this enables fast-food chains to optimize their delivery services and they can provide better service since the consumer is one of the biggest sources of profit. Customers are also able to give feedback in case of faulty service or what not.

  Rivalry Among Consisting Competitors:

           The competition on who survives during this pandemic is alive and it is stiff. The number of businesses trying to just make it out are too many to count. However, Jollibee has managed to survive and gain what it lost during the year 2020. They differentiate themselves with their brand loyalty.

The objective of the External Factor Evaluation matrix analysis is to evaluate the company’s existing strategies. According to Haseeb (2015), this tool can assess the external environment of a company to determine its technology, government, legal, political, socioeconomic, and many more. EFE and IFE has different objectives, EFE main purpose is to assess the external environment that can possibly affect the business. While IFE’s main purpose is to assess the internal environment that can influence the business. Analyzing Jollibee Food Corporation will need the EFE matrix analysis to determine its opportunities and threats. Jollibee’s biggest threat may be the Covid-19 New security procedures. Based on the table, it is remarkable that Jollibee has more competitive advantage than its competitors. Facebook has a total weight of 3.70, while McDonalds has a total weight of 3.50. Contrarily, KFC has lesser competitive advantage when matched with Facebook and WhatsApp.

           Products of which the future is not entirely certain. The market growth is high, but the market share is low. In this case, Jollibee’s Peach Mango Pie and Soda Floats are in this quadrant.

SWOT ANALYSIS 

As seen on the data, the market penetration is higher than the service development in terms of the quantitative strategic matrix. The market penetration is much more attainable rather than the service development for the company.

 I.              Strategy Recommendation

The solutions are more categorized by targeting audiences in residential, institutional, commercial, and industrial areas. Twenty potential solutions were identified and collectively agreed upon. Each solution was assessed for clarity about the opportunity, purpose, and measurement. Time and resources for implementing were also evaluated. As far as implementation goes, some solutions can be accomplished in the near-term, while others are more long-term endeavors that may require the successful implementation of short-term solutions. Many of the solution areas identified are currently underway at some capacity.

II.            Action Plan

Result Area:

The COVID-19 pandemic is altering the market dynamic. Small businesses, restaurants, and even fast-food stores are unable to cope with the severity of the pandemic last year and continues to persist this year. As a result, Jollibee is looking for students who want to work part-time and have no experience. They simply have to submit their portfolios and medical history to learn more about their health status. People who have been out of work for a long time due to the pandemic can also apply. This extends to people aged 18 to 40 with no case of coronavirus infection.

Indicator: Students and people who lost their jobs.

Means of verification: survey and posting through social media.

Objectives:

This action plan of Jollibee wants to improve their food services by conducting a card such as a Jollibee card, this card contains the points they've not used. Converting their peso to a point. This action may lessen the work of the crew plus avoiding the spread of coronavirus disease. Having Job Opportunities posted on social media may help the food services to spread the information given on the post. Many people will apply such as students and people who lost their jobs because of the pandemic. The technological environment may help the whole Jollibee team to work well and fast because of the new instruments or devices given to them. Thinking about how they can compete with the competitors to increase their sales even after a pandemic. Conveying a survey may help the Jollibee team to increase their sales and to know their weakness upon may change it.

I.              Conclusion

Jollibee is a successful fast-food brand; they were able to dominate the market despite having heavy-hitting competition. They have survived because of the loyalty of their customers who consider them a staple brand. Even during a pandemic, they have adapted, as they always have, to continue serving their patrons the same quality of service that they have been providing.

II.            Financial Projection

In the second quarter of the year Jollibee Food Corporation lost 10.2 billion pesos of revenue according to the article written by Almazan, the results had flipped after only a year. It also cost the corp. 7 billion peso planned business transformation  program. They stated that the revenue decreased by 6.6 percent to 23.3 billion from 43.7 billion pesos in the same time period last year. They also released a system wide sales from april to june slid by 48.4 percent to 30.7 billion pesos from 59.4 billion peso per year as quarantine measures became more strict to stop the spread of Covid 19. According to the article Jollibee stated that they closed 50 percent of their stores at the beginning quarter of the year, although on the end 88 percent of the stores were already open and they are mostly relying on takeout orders and dine in operations was very limited. It was also reported that the recovery of stores varied from different places. It was stated that the decline was reduced to 39 percent, with the Philippines  falling by 48 percent; China, 25 percent; North America, 9 percent; Europe, Middle East and Asia, 22 percent. In the first half of 2020, 11.96 billion  was lost , swinging from its 2. Billion net income last year. The system wide sales slipped by 24.5 percent to a 85.8 billion in the period from 113.7 billion pesos, while revenues decreased 25.3 percent to 62.8 billion pesos from 84 billion pesos. Despite this drastic change it is stated in the article that the fast food operator expects its financial performance to get better in the next months of the year and sales will begin building up again. They also stated that positive earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization by fourth quarter of the year with countries including Philippines, China, Vietnam, Europe, Middle east and other parts of Asia. According to the article Tanmantiong said that his company will open 338 stores worldwide this year. “We expect sales and profit to increase significantly in 2021 to a point closer to the levels of 2019 and to grow at least at a historical growth rate of 15 percent annually by 2022,” he said.

I love everything about newly-human!Cas in season 9 (and Cas’s hedonistic tendencies in general). I have to imagine that, as a human, he just feels things with an intensity that angels just don’t feel, as if with human lifetimes so condensed, their senses are intensified to make up for it in a way that would be overwhelming for a hugely powerful/nearly immortal creature like an angel.

So give me any story about Cas’ exploring and fully embracing the sensual pleasures of sex (with Dean). I love Season 9 canon-divergence fics where Dean lets him stay in the bunker. Perhaps after his first taste of sex with April, Cas wants to add to his experiences by having sex with a male-bodied human/someone he deeply cares about (ie, DEAN). Dean may still be struggling with his own internalized homo/bi-phobia but it’s hard for him to resist Cas with his insatiable curiosity about how the human body works, having no filters/no taboos and just wanting to taste/touch/experience until he/they both are completely overwhelmed.
