Ok I owe you two reviews, and I finally have some time to sit down and put my thoughts on paper… err you know what I mean haha ok so the way Sept 1869 opens up with “My dearest Chun-ja-ssi” like excuse meee I am weak for this sweet Joon. I’m sure Chun-ja will be very pleased with his alternative love making abilities. Wait- did yoongi learn to eat pussy from Joon?? HAHAH OK BUT THAT WOULD BE A SCENE TO WITNESS OMG sorry my x-rated rant is over now. Back to the fluffy, innocent aspect of this ask: namjoon wants to take her to see the cherry blossoms in the spring and help raise her son. The way he’s planning a future with her is sooooooo sweet. “Yours, forever yours” I wanna be Chun-ja. Ps i bet yoongi thinks of uinyeo-nim when he sees the pavilion.

The way yoongi seems to be much more conversational as of late instead of walking in and rawing her without saying anything has been such a nice turn of events. It’s almost like they’re friends again… whatever the Joseon version of fwb is haha it ALMOST seems in the first part of Oct 1869 that they’re more like lovers casually discussing their daily activities. AND HE’S BEEN GREETING HER WITH “HAVE YOU BEEN BUSY TODAY” instead of going straight to pulling her clothes off for a while now??? “A singular pat of the blankets beside him indicates that you should join him.” I see that he’s asking her to join him rather than demanding it as he had in the past. And the JOKING?!? Have we heard him crack a joke since he became king??? I LOVE that they seem to be evolving into MORE… until she invites him to visit daebi-mama’s tomb. I bet his hard on deflated so fast HAHA 🤣🤣The way he reacts so viscerally just goes to show how deeply scarred he is and the way she just lays in the bedding feeling his fleeting warmth is just so... Sad. I'm excited to see what the next update brings our uinyeo-nim. Curious to see how this one event will change their relationship. Sorry I’ve been a bit MIA lately, Rain. ily thooooo 💕💕💕

You sat on the couch of the apartment of your favorite customer, now boyfriend, Sergeant Bucky Barnes. Your diner uniform was folded up on a chair in his bedroom and you were now donning an oversized tshirt and a pair of Bucky’s boxers. You loved them because on the back they had the words ‘Kiss My Ass’. 

You rested your back against the arm rest, your legs stretched out before you. Laying on top of them was said boyfriend. He cheek was pressed against your bare thigh, you could feel his growing stubble poking at your skin. 

In one hand, you held open a new book that you bought. Your other hand was playing with Bucky’s hair. He no longer wanted to fashion the buzzcut he wore for the past ten years or so while he’s been a cop. He wanted something different and you were all too excited to see him grow out his hair, seeing pictures of him when he was younger.

“Not saying that you’re not sexy now, babe, but damn were you hot with longer hair!” you exclaimed when you saw a picture of Bucky holding newborn Becca.

He chuckled as he hugged you from behind, “Yeah. That was when I was, as the kids would say, a dilf.”

You snorted, “Was? You’re still a dilf, babe.”

That conversation definitely spurred on the idea of growing out his hair. It’s longer now, not as long as it was then, but still. He totally forgot how much he loved when his hair was being played with. 

He remembers how his ex, Dot, would play with his hair. Eventually, she found it annoying and her touch wasn’t filled with love when she did it. It was like it was inconvenience. But your touch? He could that affection and adoration you had for him. It was so soft and gentle. He was basically purring under your touch.

You pull your hand away from his hair as you turned the next page of your book. Bucky was waiting for your touch to return but it never did. He blindly reached for your hand, setting it back onto his head, “Don’t stop, sugar. C’mon,” he mumbled. 

You giggled and pulled your hand away, “In a minute, Bucky, I’m almost done with this page and I need my hand to turn it.”

He groaned, “Sugaaaar!” he lifted his head, giving you a pout and his best puppy eyes, “Please? It feels so nice.”

You smirked, “Almost. Just wait.”

“I don’t wannaaaa.” he swiped your book out of your hands, dog-earring the page you were on and tossing it onto the coffee table, “Pay attention to meee! You’ve been reading that book ever since I got home from work! A man needs some lovin’!”

You leaned forward, grabbing Bucky’s pudgy cheeks into your hands and you pulled him into a kiss. You could feel him smiling against your lips as he grabs a hold of your shirt, trying to tug it off you. 

You pulled away shaking your head, “Ah ah. Becca in her room and still awake. We are not having sex out in the open like this especially while your daughter is here.”

He hmphed, “You’re really torturin’ me, sugar.” You shrugged and pat his rounded stomach as you pushed him off you and began to walk away, “Hey! Where you goin’?” 

“I’m feeling peckish.”

“Well you can peck my lips! So get back here!” 

You laughed as you continued your short journey to the kitchen, “Nice try, Sarge!” you could hear him grumbling as you open the cabinet, eyes searching for something you could snack on. You already ate dinner, so it wasn’t like you were hungry. 

“Sweetness, please come back to the couch with me,” Bucky murmured as he hugged you from behind. 

You smiled to yourself as you grabbed a bag of Cheetos, Bucky’s favorite snack, and walked out of his arms, “I think I’m gonna see what Becca’s up to.”

“Now you’re just being mean!” Bucky followed you to his daughter’s room. You knocked on the door and you heard a muffled, “Come in!”

Becca was laying on her stomach on her bed, a book open in front of her, “Whatcha doin’, Becca?” you asked as you opened the bag of Cheetos and hopped onto her bed. Bucky remaining in the threshold looking at you with pleading eyes. 

“Reading the book you got me! I’m halfway done already!” she brought it up to show you that she was, indeed, at the halfway point of the book.

“You got her a book?” Bucky asked curiously, brows furrowing. 

Becca held it up to show her dad, “Yeah. After she picked me up from Uncle Steve’s she took me to the bookstore. Y/N said I should read this one.” It was Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, “I love it! And it’s part of a series!” she turned to you, “Will you get me the other books?”

You nodded with a smile, “Of course.” you pulled her in for a hug. You looked up at Bucky to see that fond and soft smile on his face, the one that was reserved for you. You then checked the time and ruffled Becca’s hair, “Better get ready for bed, kid. It’s getting late.”

“Okay. After I finish this chapter.”

You chuckled as you said, “Okay,” and moved off her bed. 

You walked out of the room, Bucky behind you, “Okay. Now you saw what Becca’s doing, can you pay attention to me now?”

You shrugged, that mischievous look in your eyes that Bucky knew would always lead to trouble, “In a bit. I still haven’t eaten my snack yet.”

Bucky, having enough of your antics, growled and grabbed your hand, dragging you to his bedroom, “Buck! What’re you doing?!”

“While you have your snack, I’m gonna have mine and I’m 100% sure mine is much sweeter than yours, sugar.” he gives you a smirk and a wink before pulling you into the room and closing the door behind you. 

You were in for quite the treat.
