First of all, they are being kenneled separately, and second, they are in a loud noisy place at the ages of 9 & 10, confused as to why their families dumped them here. These boys MUST BE saved together😥 it would be cruel to separate them!! Who has room in your heart and home for BOTH of these little boys, Pinto #A2176279 and Solo #A1421759?? And lastly, there is 3 year old Chihuahua Diamond #A2140663 who weighs just 7 pounds and is also so scared to be here. All dumped by their owners today. We hear a lot of negative comments about the shelter, but the truth is, OUR COMMUNITY DOES *NOT* MAKE IT EASY ON THEM...At least ten dogs were dumped today by owners🤬🥺. Please don’t get a pet if you can’t commit to loving them for 15+ years as long as they live. It’s a BIG commitment and financial undertaking, and something we wish people would think through more carefully. Please help these babies. PINTO & SOLO should be saved together. She was likely used for breeding before she was dumped on the street, and then she was picked up and brought to the shelter where she sat for for four long months waiting for an adopter. Then, she was adopted for a total of TWO DAYS and returned on 9/30. She’s had multiple deadlines and somehow made it this far, but she’s now been moved to the back of the shelter and isn’t likely to survive this one — SOMEONE PLEASE STEP UP AND HELP HER FOR GOOD ‼️ . #repost @urgentdogsofmiami Dumped back after two days of freedom 💔 Total sweetheart Brandy #A2043901 initially came to MDAS in May, after what looks like being used for breeding. After multiple deadlines, she defied the odds and was adopted, only to be returned yesterday 9/30 💔 This puts her at extremely high risk, even though none of his is her fault. Any new pet needs time to adjust to a new home, especially one who’s been in the very stressful environment of a shelter for four months; two days is not enough time ‼️ Brandy is truly an amazing dog. She loves cuddles, treats, rolling around, and posing for pictures with her tongue at unique angles 😋 She has some sort of growth on one of her nipples (see boomerang) that may need treatment; our guess is that it’s from having given birth multiple times. Volunteers try to lift her spirits and cheer her up as much as possible by visiting her, but she hardly even reacts 😥. What she really needs is a furever home of her own! She is petrified, malnourished, and has been severely neglected. With some TLC she will be the worlds most loving dog. I took her out yesterday and within 10 minutes her tail was slightly untucked, as she was trying to trust me, but I can imagine itas very difficult. Sheas not walking properly, as the pads have probably been burned from walking around in the Miami heat for so long. Someone come be this little girlas angel. She deserves it.
