"December 7, 1941 – a date which will live in infamy," President Franklin D. Roosevelt proclaimed. Therefore, we must teach our children. Just before 8 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 7, 1941, hundreds of Japanese planes made the surprise raid on Pearl Harbor. During the attack nearly 20 American naval vessels, including eight battleships, were damaged or destroyed, as well as more than 300 aircraft. 2,008 Navy personnel, 109 Marines, 218 Army soldiers, and 68 civilians were killed. Pearl Harbor, Hawai'i. USS Arizona (Pennslyvanis-class "Super Dreadnought" Battleship). USS Missouri (Iowa-class Battleship), America's last Battleship. USS Bowfin (Balao-class Submarine), constructed at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyards. Oil from the USS Arizona is still leaking to the surface, 79 years later.

めっちゃ久々に制作再開！ (アリゾナ自体の作業はデータ制作除けは、先の個展制作もあり去年末以来....) とりあえず個展期間中にチマチマデータ作っていた構造物をカット、主砲は接着してこの後削り出し、艦橋部分は柱のバランス見るためテストカット。 この大きいパーツ達さえ完成しちゃえばあとは細かいパーツだけだから比較的楽なので、船体、構造物をビシバシ作っていか��きゃ......
