definitely been having one of those weeks were i dont really want to interact with the outside world and everything is too loud. it's not the worst thing ever but it just makes my tolerance towards people wanting things from me a lot lower

#[static]#it's hard to describe but it's like when people put this expectation on you to Be Something or Do Something for them #that really just makes me balk instead of rising to the occasion to help. i dont have the capacity to carry multiple ppl rn #usually im all for helping but sometimes ppl accidentally or thoughtlessly spill all their issues onto you and expect you to do something-#-with it and the idea of doing a performative jig sounds like hell rn #or sometimes ppl get this weird expectation that you know everything and are in charge of everything suddenly #idk if that's relatable but it happens to me a lot #and sometimes i just dont have the energy to give to these sorts of folks in that moment and i lowkey feel kinda bad #i guess the long and the short of it is i dont want anyone to have any expectations of me for awhile lmao i just want to exist peacefully #i have given a lot both physically and mentally and now i just need some time where im not doing that
