Hello! There may not be many updates for a while, and that’s because we’re recording some of the banks and working on the release-art. Please be patient!

Here’s all I can say for now.

We’ll be releasing two Japanese banks, one with a soft and power append.

We’ll be releasing an English voicebank

We may be opening auditions soon for Cocoaloid original voicebanks

Positions are available for otoers, artists, mac converters, and beta-testers. Right now, the two we need the most are mac converters (who have converted the files for UTAUsynth before) and beta-testers (one for UTAUsynth and the other for Windows)

THIS INFURIATES ME BUT IT'S SO COMPLICATED

This is just a quick post I'm writing at like 12 am but I NEED to say this

I AM BEGGING OF YOU FELLOW UT/UTMV FANS I BEG OF YOU PLEASE USE #UT AU OR #UT/AU OR #UTMV FOR OUTCODE CHARACTERS (like ink and error, and for an even better example, paperjam) AND NOT #UTAU

THIS IS BECAUSE UTAU USERS ARE ALSO PRETTY ANNOYED BY THIS BECAUSE

she is not

I think I can name about 26 different differences between these two such as gender, species, magical ability, amount of sexualization, the amount of hair, etc etc

BUT ANYWAYS UTAU IS A VOICE SYNTH FOR THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW AND IS *NOT* ABSOLUTELY **NOT** WRITTEN IN JAPANESE IT'S WRITTEN IN ENGLISH IT AIN'T 歌う OR ウタウ IT'S UTAU WHICH IS WHY WE ONLY HAVE ONE TAG (and UTAUsynth can't be used as easily because that's the Mac version, and windows, the main one, is called UTAU and UTAU only)

This post is to plead for you all to stop using UTAU and use UT AU or UT/AU at least pls I beg of u

Now to get to why characters like ink and error should use UTMV (this is just me ranting on but it just so happens that ink and error are like on the top page of the tag utau)

because they're not normally in an au and/or the au is gone/destroyed also errortale like doesn't exist (I don't know if I'm right on this but again it's like 12 I wanna sleep soon) so I'm specifically calling out error here on being used on the utau tag

So that's just a side tangent on the right tag but it doesn't really matter as it's basically the same thing in a way lol

BUT ANYWAYS i beg of you all

utau users use "utau" because that's the name of the program

utmv) UT au fans please seperate the UT and AU in UTAU please it's not that much work and it like helps so much more and has less confused and angry people on posts that have it wrong
