this is the hand akira used to win against the policemen right? ill explain the hand he obtained here

his hand consists on four concealed triplets (concealed as in closed hand, he didnt steal the dragons or the other triplet to open his hand) and one pair. the cards of his triplets and pair are, from left to right:

red dragon

white dragon

green dragon

1 of man (chinese numbers)

1 of sou (bamboo)

having three dragon triplets in hand + winning with himself getting the last tile he needed, the 1 of sou (its the last shining card in the right) leads way to this naming of his entire hand

suuankou tanki (four concealed triplets with single pair wait)

daisangen (big three dragons)

triple yakuman

tsumo (as he won by grabbing himself the last tile needed)

if one yakuman means 32000 points if nabbing one person only AND 48000 points if its against all people, triple yakuman against all players means winning 48000 points from every other person with a total of getting 144000 points, possibly meaning complete and absolute victory as when you play you start with only 25000 points when in friendly matches

hands like this are extremely rare given the difficulty of getting them three dragons AND getting them via luck of the draw, but Akira has been shown to be blessed by mahjong gods enough for sex jokes

Uuultrac trivia: Akira and Isshiki's name origins

This is taken from Q&A and my attempt to explain it here, in case you haven’t played the main game there will be spoilers on the line.

Suzu’s surname Isshiki is similar to the root word “ich,イッヒ” which came from "ドイツ語 Deutsch” which is from German. it can be said as "ich bell (I am bell)" 「イッヒベル（私はベル）」 it's like an image of encouraging yourself by saying something in the mirror. 

Akira’s given name is named after "Morning Star,明けの明星" and “Venus,金星” he seemed to have been named to live as “Icarus” one of the sun rangers. 

his surname “Kozuka,狐塚”, 狐 means “fox” The reason why he has the kanji for fox in his surname is that most of the kaiju are bird-shaped and the natural enemy of birds is foxes this is a node to how he hunts down kaiju as Icarus and his relationship with shoutaro who is a bird kaiju.  塚 means “mound” A mound is a place to put a dead body. In other words, it seems to mean living and dying as a fox.
