These 2 are in fact very similar. The only difference being one is entirely man made while the other is a chemical extract from “natural sources”. Both of them however, are formulas that contain anywhere between 50-100 ingredients 💯 ! Additionally, these extra ingredients are not as “pure or natural” as everything seems to think 🤔. • • • 2️⃣HONEY/AGAVE.. 🍯. Ahh this is quite a health fad. These “healthier” alternatives of sugar, aren’t actually that different at all! 🍪 They still contain lots of fructose, they spike your insulin lvls just as much & the “trace minerals” are practically nonexistent unless you consume them in a vast quantity. • • • 3️⃣EVAPORATED CANE JUICE 🥤. Quite a fancy name for plain sugar. All sugar is extracted from the sugar cane plant, the only difference is, white sugar is stripped from all TRACES of molasses. It’s basically just crystallized sucrose made to sound natural 🌱. • • • 4️⃣ARTIFICIAL FOOD DYES 🌈.. “Yellow 5”, “blue 1”... These are hidden in numerous of goodies. Used to give colour to products. Sadly, these food colourings have all been linked to cancer, brain tumors, allergic reactions etc. • • • 5️⃣HYDROGENATED FATS. Honestly, this deserves an entire post to itself 📝 . Search it up. You’ll understand that these fats are the type you should most certainly avoid. This is often used for its long shelf life in place of reg oil & because it’s cheaper.
