Disini saya menggunakan kamera 360° dalam merekam video SEDIKIT CERITA PROSES PEMBUATAN VIDEO SAMPAI BERHASIL TAYANG DI YOUTUBE Untuk produksi video 360 derajat resolusi 4K, setidaknya saya menghabiskan waktu duduk depan komputer kurang lebih 8 jam untuk editing. Lama render Video 13 Jam 26 Menit, Proses upload dengan besar file 7 GB Menghabiskan waktu 8 jam 45 menit dan lanjut proses antrian menunggu sampai 100% proses butuh waktu 48 jam baru bisa tanyang di Youtube. Saya hapir putus karena laptop saya aktifkan hampir 48 jam namun tak kunjung sampai 100% proses tak dapat tayang di Beranda Youtube. saya akhirnya memutuskan untuk konsultasi ke Pihak youtube dan mereka menyarankan untuk sabar menunggu karena video yang beresolusi lebih tinggi membutuhkan waktu lebih lama untuk diupload. Bahkan pihak youtube merayakan untuk upload ulang jika dalam kurun waktu 48 jam gagal tayang dengan mengecek kembali format encoding meta data video disetel dengan format 360 derajat. tapi akhirnya berhasil tidak sia-sia saya belajar editing video 360 dari sahabat saya yang jauh disana #mradobeprimerprocc tutorial. GBU bro.

Job Title: - Council Tax Officer

Reporting to: - Council Tax Team Leader

Purpose: To bill and recover Council Tax to maximise collection for current year and arrears

Objective: To contribute and achieve the targets and objectives of the business.

Key Accountabilities:-

Investigate computer records (Northgate) and interrogate customer's accounts to maximise collection of Council Tax for Brent Council

Applying Discounts & Exemptions

Be responsible for dealing with, and responding to, written and verbal enquiries from members of the public, using a document imaging system (View360) and working to procedures and guidelines

Work in a pressured environment to achieve set targets and deadlines for all duties.

Be PC literate and be able to use Word & Excel

Utilising problem-solving skills to resolve account issues

Deal with and respond to customers over the telephone and face to face through attendance at Court.

Issue recovery and enforcement documents in accordance with office and legislative procedures

Negotiate arrangements in writing, on the phone and in person, for payment of debts

Ensure accounts are progressed through the recovery cycle from reviewing housekeeping lists

Promoting direct debit and self-service to the customer

Investigate records and liaise with outside agencies to locate debtors who have moved

Work as part of a team, sharing knowledge, solutions and experience to achieve targets

To raise any issues with the Senior Officer/Council Tax Team Leader in good time

Understand and promote the company's Diversity policy

To be aware of health and safety issues and to raise any issues with the Management team immediately

Any other duties as required

Complete training, formal and on the job

Minimum 5 GCSE's or equivalent including Maths and English;

Related Revenues qualification i.e. IRRV

Knowledge of Council Tax legislation

Knowledge of Revenues software and use of an Image based system
