Viimsi kindergarten's Sunwheel house. The building has a distinctive sun-shaped plan, where pastel-coloured class 'pods' are arranged like rays around a cylindrical assembly hall unit. Completed in 2004, the building was designed by Heidi Karro and is located in Haabneeme near Tallinn. NB! Check out our exhibition "Come Out and Play. Modern Kindergartens" on show until Aug 25.
