pls explain the necromancy potion I need to know more

Uh oh, you’ve asked me a worldbuilding question and now I won’t stop talking.

Naming this potion “Elixir of Death” for now until I come up with something more original. Here we go:

Elixir of Death

When using lich magick, Vikrolomen has to quickly tourniquet the flow of magicka in his body to avoid negative physical and mental effects. With study, he has perfected an elixir that acts as a stopper.

Unfortunately, while this potion saves him from the negative effects of lichdom, it also completely cuts off his ability to use magick for the next several hours, thus giving him enough time to siphon his magick through a careful bloodletting process. Siphoning usually costs him about a pint of blood, enough to tire him out but not so much that he can’t make it to a safe place to wait out the danger.

While active, the only fighting abilities he has consists of pre-reanimated corpses and melee (with his dagger, or any weapons light enough found nearby).

Recipe:Mudcrab Chitin (easy to gain as he frequently uses Mudcrabs to clean flesh off of bones), Butterfly wings, Glow Dust, Hanging Moss, and whatever health additives he has on hand. To achieve the long-lasting effects of this potion it is necessary to drink an entire bottle in one sitting, preferably with a completely drained store of magicka.

Effects:-100 magicka+50 health! Special effect: lasts 5-8 hours

I’m not dead, just roleplaying like a maniac. This strip is from an unusual RP where Vincere is a foreign exchange student studying abroad in Russia, and I’m his sadistic upperclassmen with a personal vendetta. 

Little do I know that my bullying of him in every private corner of the school has turned into more than amusement, and we've accidentally taken an unhealthy liking to one another. Lighting a cigarette in an asthmatic's mouth and then flushing his head into the toilet are perfect romance tactics. After all, "boys will be boys". 

This is the first RP we’ve done where I’m playing a jock-ish character and he’s playing the nerd, so I had to celebrate it with a tiny comic strip.

Haunting what was originally his own estate, Vikrolomen aims to scare this new homeowner out, but instead becomes...fascinated.
